Just an update I guess.

Since this profile hasn't had any substantial updates beyond that steadily increasing sidebar that we all see to the side, I figured that I'd touch up this little expanse of human expression for the benefit of all who frequent it.

Well, where to start? School seems to be trotting along as anticipated with the usual cramming of assignments and assessments scheduled to take place in the giant (read small) window of two weeks coming up in, oh, two weeks time. Talking to yourself seems to help with writers block it seems but I'll be damned if character interactions aren't the bane of my existence to write. I swear, you lay out what you want in your head and when it comes to putting it into words things just seem to screw themselves up. Also, I seem to have a very infrequent muse, I don't know what it is that gets me writing but when it does, oh lord when it does I can squeeze out ten thousand words easy.
Then the aforementioned character interactions come along and screw things up.
Seriously, wall to wall action is fun to write if you can get it right but a filler chapter is just that, filler and I have no effective way to make it flow.
Beyond that, it's amazing how much of an improvement you make when you have someone telling why and how you can take the crap you're writing and turn it into semi legible text for people to read.

Music wise, who's excited for the new Daft Punk Album!? I know I am.

Game wise, the new Tomb Raider doesn't seem to capture my attention as much as it does for others.
I mean seriously, is it called Tomb Raider or Quick Time Events the game? I picked up Dishonored (Damn American spelling) a while back and unfortunately, I've been a bit too preoccupied to make any significant headway into it besides the first few hours or so. What I will say is that I love the pacifist mechanic that it employs, where you don't have to kill anyone you don't want to. That is an important feature for someone who like their stealth games (me!).

Otherwise not much else is going on right now for me. I don't frequent Moddb as much as I did in the past with the community here being a bit too, I dunno, Childish in certain aspects for me. Though there is the the occasional ray of light to be found in the comments section, like Black/Brunez or C&C-Pickled who have a halfway decent critique of mods beyond "Pretty. TEN OUT OF TEN" or "It doesn't work. This mod sucks." so that's why I still try and contribute to this site.

Anyway, since you crawled through that little wall of text to get here, have a link.

Yeah, but It seems if I want to get it within the next few weeks I'm gonna have to drop the power supply and 4gb RAM and switch to only 3gb ValueRAM(still from Kingston though). And then get the CX500 PSU for now. I'm gonna do it anyway =/ Can't wait any longer.

Heh, I don't have AlienSwarm anymore. And it takes a while to download. Maybe in a month from now? Sorry, but with only 5gb of HDD space left and a game I can't play for some odd reason it's just not worth it for now I suppose.

I got a "new" screen too. Unfortunately it's a CRT monitor but it's cool(and BIG), higher res. I get more FPS with it on higher resolutions now =D Same **** graphics card. Whiuch is where teh cool part comes in. Batlefield 2 works properly again on this screen so I'm happy with it.

I have tried. Downloaded but it didn't work. Even tried 640x480 res but still...

Maybe when I get a new rig(this stuff is f&^%&ing expensive as you may know in SA) so I'll see. We might also need faster internet(only 384kbps=38KB/s) so it can be slightly slow.

My new rig will be cool(just haven't found a perfect PSU yet):
Motherboard: MSI P55A-GD65 or P55-GD65(I just have to get some more quotes for these)
RAM: x2 2gb DDR3 1600mHz Kingston HyperX Blu
HDD: Seagate 7200rpm 16mb Cache 500GB HDD
Graphics Card: Sparkle Calibre X460G
Processor: Intel i5-760
PSU: Corsair CX600 @600W or Corsair GS600 @600W or Sparkle(Sparkle Computer Corporation, NOT Sparkle power) SCC-750AF @750W(Not so sure but I'll see, hopefully)

So, it'll be better than what I have.

No! I am saying you act like a 12 years old because even though I wrote in EVERY SINGLE POST I made about the C&C questions I asked you never took them in consideration, and nor did the others. You asked me to talk a little more decently but again, as I already stated "I'm sorry if you were offended by what I said as I had no intention of offending anyone", besides I said nothing like "hey ************* stop sucking ***** and answer my question". I won't have answered to a question like that either but there's nothing wrong with "hey ****". (Also confession, I actually wanted to type "thanks in advance" in the post but I was like, "well they aren't going to take it seriously so who cares". Guess I was wrong.)

Good, we agree on the cartoon part. Darkwing duuuck...

But yeah, this was the first decent answer you posted as of now. After all I might have judged you incorrectly. But still until you understand my point I'm not going to retire any of the posts I made.
