You just made me check if I still have SoaSE installed. (I do)
Critical typo alert: "Capitan Anderson" should be "Captain Anderson"

It is impossible to liberate Parker sector on Insane difficulty in the Steam version. After doing everything there are 30 or 35 points of control remaining.
That would be really neat to hang out in a throne room from early in the morning to see an artist come in, set up his works, then show them to the king, then sometime later pick them up and leave with them.
It's really fun watching you bring this all together!
Whoops, wasn't logged in.
I like how the river in the middle class district goes at right angles like it's been rerouted, but the complete loss of the nice, natural curves is bad. A mix of both would be best, I think.
In regards to that lower class district, I kind of like the idea of the rare district that is completely divided into two sub-districts, but I understand why you want to avoid it.
Click "view original" and then save it to your computer (exact steps may vary). If you look on the side it says the size of this image is 2560x1440, so it is already plenty big enough to work as a wallpaper.
Not at all. Many, many things have multiple names.
The A-10 Thunderbolt II, to use as an example, can be called its full name, A10, Thunderbolt, Warthog, or Hog, and all will be recognized as the same thing. It's perfectly normal.
Of course, as SoTP have indicated, they will formally call this ship the Halberd now to keep in line with canon, but they can still informally refer to it as the Thanatos and be understood without issue by their fans. New fans will have a short adjustment period as they connect "Thanatos" with "Halberd", but then they will have no trouble recognizing what someone means when they say Thanatos.
You misunderstand what I said.
I did not deny that the official name is now Halberd. Rather, I said that we (the fans in general) can keep calling it Thanatos if we want and there is nothing 343 can do about it.
Nice thing about Real Life is I can say this:
Halberd? I only see a Thanatos there.
(I have negative desire to imply this is something that should be argued about. No one can force anyone to call it a Thanatos OR a Halberd, so simply accept that both are now true and roll with it. I, for one, obviously prefer Thanatos.)
AI is hard-coded in Sins. Which means it can't be modded. Mods either have to work with it or ignore it, which means some mods WILL be multiplayer only.
That's what desktop shortcuts are for ;) And, you know, desktop folders to contain all those desktop shortcuts :P
Hexes definitely seem like they'd be easier to work with.
Cell Stage was the only part of Spore I really liked to play, and it always annoyed me that it was the only part where everything was always the same.
Because not all good things come to pass. *single tear falls*
A new year dawns, and I'm sure I'm not the only one wishing this game was flying into the new day alongside us.
It would be awesome to have doors that open/close/lock/etc.
I was thinking along the same lines.
Hey, here's an idea: have that map display the current game's map, except a minute or two behind. That would be really neat. It would be like the officers are reviewing what's been happening.
We make shields, shield buffs, and shield accessories!
I'm pretty sure a runway is "realistically" inferior to the easily shielded hangar they have on the 2142 Titan, but I would bet you're right. Rule of cool comes first, although I would find it amusing if the runway could be strafed.
I suspect this Titan will have inferior weapons to the 2142 one, although we will see.
Looks like a Vasari siege frigate icon at an odd angle.
"There's too many of them! We're going down! Aaaaauuuuuugggghhhhhh!!"
lol, I was referring to "flies spread disease, so keep yours closed" which I think we can agree isn't the most polite thing to say.
I need to see Monty Python and the Holy Grail. I've seen bits and pieces but it just isn't enough!
I understand your concern, but that gives you no right to insult myself or anyone else. I've been following the development of this game for many months, at least a year, I think, and mathias has shown nothing but enthusiasm and professionalism in his dedication to creating a quality game. Sure, maybe it won't be the super-ultra-amazingest game ever, but I'm sure it will stand in its own right, be friendly to modding, and most definitely be finished.
I'm proud to support indies like DSS whose devs interact with their community and find joy in sharing their game, even if it's not perfect yet.
Like other people are saying, very, VERY bright. The best website colors I've seen for reading is the "parchmenty" colors of FiMFiction.net.
I think I prefer the old dark scheme, it was very comfortable.
But other than that, this is very nice.
Edit: huh, seems Fimfiction.net is using white now, too. Oh yeah, I remember disliking that when they switched it now. I think they are using an off white, which helps, but their main saving grace is they use a large font-size.
It's good. The lighting/brightness seems a bit off (too dark, mainly), but it's very smooth and clean art.
