I have not had like more than one ctd on my lap top in the most recent build. It's exceptionally stable. (If ran at video settings that your computer can handle:-) If you have excessive crashing of game there is obviously a conflict related to your in-game settings, hardware and or install. If you post your crash log I'm sure someone will help you if your not rude.

I wonder if there is any new music is 2.1 I think Stone Temple Pilots - Creep may fit. However the music already in misery is awesome. I discovered at least a few awesome bands from the mod.

Awesome news in this update, thank you! The mod is already beautiful and not found wanting in incarnating a dark dank hopeless and stoic experience that is essentially a flood of emotions. I feel very fortunate to be able to enjoy an improved , enhanced and polished misery mod. It's such a compliment to the most immersive game world that I've ever been in. Thank you for the memories this mod will enable me to enjoy for the rest of my life. I don't care what anyone else says, everything you guys have uploaded has been awesome. I know that I am not the only one who feels this way. I'm so excited for this adventure that is about to begin!

Assaulters of the world, unite!!

lol, wow. All im saying that I believe that I share a particular vision of the zone that has been discussed in this community for years. Which comes from the inspirations of various fictions that many of us grew up with. I think one feels what I'm saying or they don't. Obliviously some people don't. No need to go putting words in anyone's mouth.

This mod is awesome, I am hoping that there has not been to much compromise with the difficulty, and that 2.1 will be a slightly harsher experience at the least.

I remember that when 2.0 came out a very vocal group of people complained as though they were offended by the game difficulty/balance. Claiming that it was to hard, and a patch was released that made it easier (along with some bug fixes).

Can I expect 2.1 to truly be the mod that TZP envisions and not to much catering to those stalkers who want a more forgiving experience. I hope that this 2.1 zone is as harsh as those veteran stalkers among us dream it to be. I'm looking for a unforgiving experience. Where equal amounts of cunning, zeal and strategy are required to survive .

This mod is your legacy, please don't cater to the tourist who do not know what the zone is about.

Dragon skin is the cream of the crop bro, good taste. If I could afford it I'd go for it, alas I'll have to build my own combat suit. I'd like one light and one heavy. The thing is for what it would cost to build one would cost about the same as dragon skin however it could be done incrementally.

I wish you could build you own suit in stalker, that would be Freaking amazing. All the materials already exist in misery..old suits, sewing kits, plates, boots *dreams*

How fascinating your comment is to me, I was just looking into lvl 3 plates last night and discovered this too. I want to get some AR500 steel plates.I saw them defeat 308. (7.62x51) rounds and keep on trucking. (and for less than $200 (just the steel, not the carrier)

I live in the usa and by the looks of things they may not be on the market for very long if **** hits the fan. But it made me think of stalker and how the armor values are a bit off. I still love the mod, but I wish these things were more accurate as for as the ammo goes for immersion purposes. Great job nonetheless on implementing the ballistic mechanics but they need fined tuned again then it be perfect.

I may be one of the 1% who experiences immense enjoyment from the direction of the launched 2.0 version of Misery. A few personal comments in response to the proposed patch.

General Ideas A+ Keep those. The frustrating aspects of having proper equipment for a situation is golden.

I guess i understand increasing the dropped weapon condition to 40-60% but if manual repair will work from 25% instead of 45% now then make dropped weapon condition 25-60%. That just seems more balanced to me. But it may **** up the ECONOMY which is to me, PERFECT right now. I loved Fallout 1&2 btw. So i Understand the new to prep to make difficult situations easy or at least lest frustrating.

I decided to take a break from the mod till the patch goes live, not for stability issues so much, but just so that I can experience the changes in a start to finish play through.

My sniper survived the black road by sneak and running for the hills with out attracting attention. At that time A group of duty (i think) were hitting the workshops hard with full autos and grenades so i got to loot a few items to start me off. Day light was breaking and there was a rush for the dead zombie loot by another group of hunters or stalkers. It was a awesome experience. Thank you again for working on this mod. IT's awesome, your awesome.

wow, I'm rarely impressed but NICE!, I love you guys okay, I just want ya'll to know that! *two thumbs up* This is one of the most amazing video game community's that I have ever seen develop. I've been into stalker mods for over 5 years and this is what I have been waiting for. I'm so glad that you all came together to create Misery 2.0 I have been a fan or several of the modders on this project for years and it's awesome to see how many of you and which of you that have come together to create this monster mod. So many great influences, collaboration and dedicated hard work. I wish I could write you all a fat check. You guys are the A-team of stalker mods right now. We may never see a group like this again. There is a vision many of us see in the potential of this game world. You guys are succeeding at realizing this collective dream into a reality. Thank you again for your dedication. I wish you guys could get a group photo. Somebody should Photoshop a in-game depiction of all of you standing together like a platoon with your gear load-outs, lol. Cheers gentlemen!
