I'm sad to say this mate, but shirk, no offense, is just a small kid.
I was once in a Modification team with him, and dear lord, he immaturely started a flame war which led to 4~ members of the team (that were the most valuable) to leave.
Honestly, I'd keep him shut up and just working rather then chatting away wasting time and trashing work like as if it was nothing compared to that of tomorrow.

HEY the next perfect stride release is solid in the map department, but we're going to release everything you need to build maps next week (its REALLY simple). We really want to feature new maps people make on our moddb page so we'll support you!

Thats why i mentioned, that list will be updated.
More of dark blue cause it gives it a more vivid feel and the addition of lights or so around the map to subtract the lighting from the sky or so. I guess you can try either or depending on what you feel is right. :D
