the only way i can see of finishing that would be starting over, the displacement is way to jaged
try sewing multiple displacements together and getting a smother feel. there is ugly and there is first time mapping ugly...
you do know the tree prop is hovering over the dirt also?
ya you just have to optimize. like LOD for the zombie models.. it will make a giant difference,
so like 90 percent of us can understand you :?
what values do you use for your fog?
i have to say that looks HORRIBLE :/ i mean serously it just looks like a box room with alot of props :/

well this is abit weird? the doors know if a zombie walked in the room but not if a human did?? maby have more "physics" ways of killing the zombies such as cut the cord and the chandelier falls (change for whatever scenario)
you could put more effort into making the maps look realistic tho,
one example would be the stairs, its ovious you just coppied it over and over and didnt edit the shape after. have you even seen stairs like that?
maby look at some more refrence pictures and add more brushwork :)if you need any help or have any problems just pm me, i would be glad to help

nope you dont know the gamemode :P.
you know a gamemode to another map im working on, this map is taking a break till i get some needed custom models

The only thing i can think of would be to have another skin for the rocks with a specular map. So when you place them next to water or a stream if gives the effect of a glossy wet rocks.
but for the actual texture and models there is nothing i can think of for improvement.

the lighting looks good tho but i dont see how there is so much blood on the roof? maby add a blood trail leading up to the roof of the room?
