I am an outdoors-y guy. I like Heinz ketchup and Peter Pan creamy peanut butter.
It will require Shivering Isles, but will not require any DLCs.
Your wait is almost over :-)

Visit www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/forums and create an account and post a showcase with links to the music! With this quality, I can promote you the instant you post them. We're always on the lookout for new composers of such caliber; as fragmented as our sound & music department has been in the past, the fellows creating scores and individual tracks will love to hear your pieces and collaborate with you!

We love our fans too :-)
It won't have any effect on your speed. The engine only loads 6 or so cells at a time, so it's just the same as Vanilla MW, except it doesn't end as fast.
Well, we've been working on all 6 sections of MW since we began, we just prioritized this one above the others. Map 1 is almost 100% complete (will be very soon!), and Map 2 is not far behind! All six versions are worth downloading just for the exteriors alone, they are all of at least equal as if not higher quality than Bethesda's own work, and each map is as big as Vvardenfell alone!
There are also some really AMAZING sights to be seen on each of the maps. (Check out the screenshot directory we have on our main page at www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/)
Thanks, and I removed your erroneous comment for you :-)
