Cryengine 3 handles its reverbs dynamically. So the sounds are as dull as possible. As for our firing range, we haven't setup the reverbs. But we are working on it :)
Steam Greenlight is something we're looking in to and yes, Traction Wars will be free to play :)

And what about the developers? They put hours, hours and hours in to this game. They earn nothing on the game till its released. Why do you think game publishers want there games out has soon as possible? To make money! It's a huge investement and not without risks. What if the game doesn't sell?
I love free games. But i don't mind to pay for something good. Keep it up guys. Can't wait.

Agree. Me and my team did it last year. No regrets and great engine.
Like. Nice style. But somehow the different HUD elements aren't in the same style.
Minimap is round and has a lot of effects. Kill log is square with a very hard bg. And ammocount is clean. Maybe try to fit the minimap more by the ammocount. Like a square with rounded corners as the ammocount has.
Still. Good progress mates. Keep it up. Ammocount looks great!
