Which hopefully will be the start of a trend - there are still plenty of other great games either currently on Linux or coming to Linux in the near future, and I hope you will have fun exploring them, alongside the still venerable Postal 2.

There are ones available for older versions of the game, if you would care to look for them.
I meant in the bundles themselves, but you are correct in stating that Humble Store does indeed still sell the same builds.
It does not say it needs Steam. It is probably the version that was being sold by Humble Bundle.
Possibly, but it was basically abandoned by the mainstream soon after release. That do for you?
There are source ports that are much better than WINE.
Hoping to see Desura keys for Humble Bundle purchasers.
Not all of these can be laid at the feet of RWS, see here:

So it apparently does have music, it is just that they were not playing. Which was tolerable, only now I after a reinstall I am not hearing any sounds other than the one played with the splash screen.
From her Blood II backstory: "No need to face dead-on what you can take out at 300 yards with a sniper rifle." She also uses the Tesla Cannon and Sniper Rifle primarily in-game.
Sorry for taking so long to respond.
Finally got a response after a week and a half. Problem was because of bad shaders shipped with the game, which leads to me wonder if others here are also encountering issues. Still, now the games run beautifully.
It is now on Humble Store, still no word on Desura:

I have created a post on Frictional's support forum regarding this:
Frictionalgames.com
From the hpl.log file:
"The compile returned an error.
-----------------------------------
core/programs/PostEffect_Motion_fp.cg(28) : error C5013: profile does not support "for" statements and "for" could not be unrolled."
Turning down the Shader quality to medium allows the lights to work, but gives me strange graphical artifacts.
For some reason when I have the Post Effects turned on all I get is a black screen whilst in-game. Without the Post Effects the flashlight and glowstick do not seem to work, so this is not really tenable.
Have any of you people actually tried contacting anyone at Frictional about it?
I bought the Complete Pack from the official website, and now I am wondering if there is anyway I can get Desura keys for the expansions?
Yeah, I noticed that it said you were based in Canada. Nice to see the Indie scene here heating up over the past few years.
Your interaction with fans here is so good JabberwockyX, I decided to make and article on it:
