if we are going that route then the germans, (who are far more immportant since they were the stongest of all the fighting sides plus they were the only reason the central powers were not obliterated in a week) wuld need to get some extra regiments, aswell as the french.

my launcher just works perfect, the only problems are the Updates, the launcher tosses them in a new folder and leaves the old files untouched, ergo it doesnt patch, it just makes a new folder.
if you go to the great war files folder where you can see the .pack files and stuff, after the update it creates a new folder called Updates, here it makes a new file instead of overwriting the outdated files in the files folder.

steamapps/common/NTW/data/The Great War/Files/Updates

what you should do is get the files from the update folder and copy-paste them in the files folder.

the problem is that your updates go in a seperate folder and leave the old files untoutched, ergo your update doesnt update.
when i copy-pasted the files in the update folder into the normal files folder my game worked like a dream and i didnt need the Modmanager.

I have everything besides new ships, but they arent integrated yet.
what you should do is go to your steamapps/common/NapoleonTW/data/The Great War/Files/Updates.
then get the file and move it to: steamapps/common/NapoleonTW/data/The Great War/Files
after this it worked with me.
