SAGE/SAGE 2.0/GoldSRC/Source engine based games coder/designer/Particle effects Artist. Just call me Mark. Glory to Arstotzka!
Oh wow, this looks amazing for a Source engine, holy ****, the custom content and mapping are top notch. You've got an awesome and talented team out there, i only wish you best of luck in this and, hopefully, in future projects c:
Nope, it's based on that game ( and made for it ).
Thank you all for your kind words, i really appreciate them c:
Did you strated game from the beginning? Because i've added a lasergun on second mission to fill in 4th slot. I haven't touched anything related to armor nor stealth units. Don't ever load old savegames, that's might be the reason of all the bugs you have.
I wish, but it's not possible, due to source code not being available :c
Haven't touched anything related to armor, but it goes away pretty damn fast that's for sure.
Ah, fantastic, glad it works now c:
Uhm, are you sure you have installed it correctly? Also don't load game from old saves, start a new one.
I've replayed the whole game before release and it works just fine.
Yeah, i own steam edition c:
Thank you c:
Just original FEAR, sadly.
It will be c:
You'll just need to own Half-Life 2 games.
Yeah, i love this new system they implemented c:
Gonna make ( soon-ish ) a small teaser video for you guys, with proper sound and everything.
Got a green light for using custom blood decals, preparing the release stuffs.
I can't believe this is done in a source engine, this is just an insane amount of work, everything about this is amazing, especially VR features, Spaceship interface and Cascaded Shadow Mapping, i am truly speechless. Very, very well done guys, keep up your amazing work!
I've noticed model distortions and stretches maybe once, in those bad HL2 weapon ports ( SMG for example : Files.gamebanana.com ), and was asking myself, what's wrong with it, and now we have the answer, thanks to Urby and your way of fixing it. Forced variation looks much better. But the more I play HL1 the less I feel like using HD models, they just don't fit to "LD" world in my opinion. I still support&highly; appreciate your work, and I really like the way you animate weapons. I will definitely check out your mod when it comes out.
Sent you the stuffs from BMS, they're from steam release. Check your PM.
done as soon will be it
I assume you've played RC1, which is garbage, RC2 is much different, that's not only my words, play testers says that too, which is music to my ears c:
You won't be disappointed.
Waiting for a permission to use blood decals from one guy, as soon as i get it i will release it. I've upped the difficulty a lot, upped max ammo capacity for most of guns ( but not insane ), slow mo is on default, don't want to ruin it.
I still love your animations style, very well done c:
It's ported directly from C&C Generals/ZH, just with minor additions to firing ranges and locomotors, because of scale.
I honestly can't wait to see this all in action c:
You can always contact me via email, it's in my profile.
Always thank you for the questions and interest, that is one of the things i truly desire in my modding career.
Alright, expect it to be released in a few days c:
Thank you, i really need to make greenlight trailer very soon c:
Most likely it won't be included, and no, CSM is a huge coding/shading structure, that can't be just plopped onto any source game. The reason it won't be included it's because of how broken it is, it's also a HUGE pain to make it work, i was forced to edit every.single.material file of all half-life 2 games. SO yeah, it's not really worth the struggle, unless someone will come up with better version of it.
Yeah, they changed whole music system to dynamic one, and they forgot/didn't wanted to include it in SDK, or it might be just hardcoded into an engine.
Sadly, i cannot change main menu song, i am stuck with stock ra3 menu music instead, which is stuck in my head forever too.
