Ok this Icon isnt broken all you need to do is go to the start button on your Pc and go to all programs and go up or down where ever rockstar games or GTA vice city is located right click on it and click Properties and click change icon then you can change the pic. to Bttf Hill Valley but first of course you need to download this icon.
