Having worked as a farmer and woodcutter for most of my life i became determined to do something that would leave my mark after i was gone. Since then i got back to studies, and i have now a master degree in Electrotecnical Engineering as well as a degree on Electromechanical Engineering. On my free time i like playing and so i became interested in creating my own games or, in the shorter term, modding games to get something closer to what i would like games to be.

Yeah, it would be good to find some mods that would use these. :)

The concept was created now is up to someone to implement it. I had an idea of an alternative to this but still need it to be better to see if it is a good idea.

Could be an interesting way to implement these guardswomen. What would be better for a sister to call as IG reinforcements then a group of female guards?

Okay should they be built from the sister famulous?
Like the ethereal?

It is still a ***** game though and the large amount of young males wouldn't be able to integrate with the changes.
Strangely enough they dont have the knowledge from years of gaming and babble the net spawn which they stumble upon.

Under vandires planetary guard might also be another way to get them in through sisters of battle.

So many ways I could think of using them, but what mod would actually go for anything that isn't a part of the internet spam spawned upon the poverty stricken, testosterone and poorly educated persons, about the warhammer 40,000 universe.

I know that may sound harsh, but it is the truth of what we are surrounded by as developers. :)

sorry to sound like a downer, but after over 20 years of this, you might be able to understand my frustration of trying to communicate to those that cant even play any versions of the game and rarely pay attention to what they are reading, or are able to access all media from GW. :)

Don't worry i know what you mean, my contact with the warhammer world was pretty recent and most of it was learnt through people like yourself who have a considerable knowledge on the subject. I fear that some more strict codex followers will see my mod work as heresy but i prefer having my own ideas even if that means some don't like it. I mod first for myself and second for any players that might play it so destructive feedback has not much effect on me.
Still i am capable enough to encounter references to females in IG:
Wh40k.lexicanum.com
is an example. It says less than 10% soldiers are females but considering how big is each regiment and how much regiments exist, even 1% would be an huge number.
