Having worked as a farmer and woodcutter for most of my life i became determined to do something that would leave my mark after i was gone. Since then i got back to studies, and i have now a master degree in Electrotecnical Engineering as well as a degree on Electromechanical Engineering. On my free time i like playing and so i became interested in creating my own games or, in the shorter term, modding games to get something closer to what i would like games to be.
So i've an idea relating to tau and kroot as even though i currently have not the time to mod anything i do have enough time to think while failing at trying to sleep (who needs to sleep anyway?).
Can you guess what this icon concept is related to? And no it isn't related to chaotic kroot warriors searching for skulls in the name of khorne (at least i think not, things get fuzzy sometimes).

Mass cannibalize or faster cannibalize or gaining more health from cannibalizing?? Anyway, more kroot power :D
Unfortunately cannibalize speed and health gained is dependant on the meat bits that appear and so there isn't a way to increase it with a research or ability. The idea is more related with increasing the kroots capabilites although a revision on the cannibalize system could prove fruitful even if not significant and involving lots of work.
Alright, second guess... Umm... Increasing kroot health and close combat damage so they can kill a lot more enemies and make a pile of their skulls?
You are getting close, pretty much i decided to make some researches to introduce some improvements to kroot based on kindred traits (since most kindred variations are based on capabilities/behaviour rather than different wargear). This particular research is related with providing some of the traits of headhunter kindred to kroot soldiers.
There is also kroot kind that uses acid breath XD and about this, it will be guardsmen kindred research then?
