Slenderman's suit is a must. Without it, he just wouldn't be the same, he'd just be some sort of voracious 'fast-zombie'-like monster.
The Slenderman we want shouldn't just see you, dash towards you, claws blazing and tear you to shreds (that comes later), the game must have pacing, atmosphere. If this game is truly going to be scary, the maps have to show it, and the characters have to fit it.

Here's an interesting idea I had, though inclusion so close to the release date would be silly.

Maybe you should make a kind of objectives mode, where the humans have to survive and get to, say, some special area, like a book, for example, that kills all the demons and ends the game. The demons themselves have to use their abilities to stop the humans from completing their goal, obviously.
Maybe you could even throw in some cool 'backstory' elements.

Just a thought.
