He said that he has already created miniature version of such device (which I've described in my 2nd post)and even upgraded it. This device created beams thinner than hair and could send it to extremely long distances (and extremely accurate) by using of high voltage. But the knowledge how his device exactly acted he took with himself to the tomb...
