Dorothea: Our Union is a strong one, we have faced much adversity, and stand as one of the worlds leading economies. But we are held back by a lack of Political/military unity. For many Decades we have depended on the Military Strength of the United States, Our engagements were their engagements, and their engagements ours. We are now faced with a Problem The United States is no Longer United, it is no longer even a state, The entity that was the United States Government Lies in Shambles, their Military now does not even have a quarter of the strength it once did and is in Disarray. We can No longer Depend on this Force and now rely Solely on our own.
people are Crying out from all over the world, for help removing Oppressive Governments, for a means which to increase trade, for help to rise out of Poverty. People Are Crying out and who shall answer the call? We shall Answer that Call. In the Absence of the United States power we will rise to the occasion and answer those calls even those coming now from the United States. The Era of American Dominance is over, and we shall fill the Void.
In this Special Session I Bring to you a Request for you deliberation and is why i brought before this session of Congress the Heads of State of EU member nations. the European Union Cannot fill the Void as it is now our Union is too loose. in order to fill this void I call upon You this request, to Authorize the Disillusion of our member states and create a single Unified European Union State, Current Heads of state will be allowed to retain a level of Control over their Own states As Governors of Provinces. In Order to stand on a global Stage as the Worlds Next Superpower, our Governments and our Militaries must Unite as one Force that has the Strength To Provide for the People Of Earth, for we depend on Our people our strength Comes from them, and thus it is our duty to serve Them. Deliberate and Come to a Conclusion we will take a vote. If Our Union is Authorized we will write a New Constitution, I will Remain in Office only until Elections are held where I will Run for office.
I would Also Like To mention my appointment of former President Barrack Obama to the High Representative of American Affairs where he will coordinate in an effort to support and reunite his people. Representative Obama Would you like to speak before the Parliament
Obama: Yes Thank You, as you all know I was until recently the President of the United States of America. I was the Most Powerful Leader in the World, and it gives me no great pleasure to say this but i must say it, I Screwed up, All us American Politicians Screwed Up. We Forgot the Number one Concern of the Leadership of a Nation, and that would be we failed to listen to the American People, and for our ignorance our democracy fell apart. It pains me to know that the American people are suffering for my mistakes and the mistakes of my colleagues. We rank amok of what it means to be a democracy and i wish to atone, I know i can never make up for what has happened, but i want to do all in my power to fix the situation, and to bring Peace an Order to the Great American People. I Cannot do this alone which is why I contacted Ms. Weizmann to appeal for the support of the European Union. I also make this Plea to you, i am a man with many regrets, please help me in my quest to bring Peace to the Great nation of the American People, and once again create a Democracy that will be committed to serving the People and nothing Else.
