Hi I am trying to install Shockwave again but I keep getting errors and when I try to go to the forums I get a blank page with a message "Could not determine your IP address" please help I have no idea what to do.

Im using Vista and I have the First Decade up to the latest patch i put it into the Zero Hour directory and i cant get it to work any suggestions on what to do?
