when I run the mod it just goes to the introductory picture (the one with Mount Doom and all that) but it instantly crashes. What should I do?

Yeah and I had already installed this mod and played for some weeks but a few days ago I tried to install a submod called FroGS. It seem it ****** up some file beacuse when I tried to start a campaign or continue my last one the game simply crashed. I deleted the Third Age mod completely, uninstalled Medieval II and Kingdoms and installed them again. Then I just followed the instructions above and installed Third Age again but it keeps crashing.

It's not Steam. In fact I have been playing it for some weeks but I tried to install a submod (think it's named FroGs) and now the third age campaign does not work anymore. I deleted the sub mod and reinstalled medieval II and this mod but I can't play the campaing either. Sorry to bother you but it's such a great game.
