How long has this mod been going on and being develpoed. like 2-3 years right? Not to be a ****, but Maelstrom has been in developement for like 1 year, and looks great, has been realesed on all expansions, one including custom dreadnaughts, and is actively being optimized, added on and balanced.
I had the same problem... its actualy the xboxes graphics, and it is messed up... you get an extra 2 years on the warrenty with that and any RROD problems, so your all good. Go on the xbox website, fill out the form, and send the xbox... for free
If you want it realy bad, like i did
go in the gameinfo folders, spend an hour, and do it yourself
so you fixed the starbases... how? im just a little curious
did you need to add starbase upgrades, or what...
so excited, cant wait for next realease, and then final release
im not sure, but you might have to make upgradeable health for it to let it work
or you can make the maps smaller, that would help. I did, and it acctualy makes the game more enjoyable for me
you can acctualy go into the mods gameinfo folder, and mss with the mod quite a bit. I made ships faster, less colldown, smaller maps, and it plays alot faster. Still cant fix the Arcadia having 0/0 helth though
tryed to do it myself, bringing most ships to 300-350, and fighters to around 500-600. but mini-dumped. had to reset the mod by reinstalling
Dude, its great, cant wait for other races.
just some things, what up with the:
1. arcadia, it has no health
2. realy slow ships
3. the maps you added opened a wierd grid when you clicked move when zoomed in
