I´m cool. It´s just this particular person that annoys me. I don´t know how he earned the right to have admin powers, but he sure as hell is not using them properly. He renamed my mod twice because he thought his name idea was better, he changed the release date twice too and deleted many messages from this board. So, SU if you don´t know what the situation is. You may sense some arrogance on my posts when answering to other people, but that´s just part of the fun of being like Duke Nukem. This particular subject is different. I want him to stay the hell away from the stuff I do. The same way everybody would feel if their content is being constantly altered by someone that entitles himself to make changes on someone else´s work.

The DLC is extra-official and I don´t have such control to prevent that to happen. I wouldn´t have used gloves either.

you can change the hud´s size any time with the + and - keys (next to backspace) the lower size means it´s invisible, and that was surely your problem.

That´s because you need to place a copy of duke3d.grp (which is 43mb big) inside the mod´s folder.

What if you reload a previous savegame? I´m not sure there´s a workaround for that bug. I think you have to restart the level. If you didn´t save the game at all, go to "new game" "user map" and select damtop.map. You´ll lose all the weapons you carried to that point but you´ll be good to go with what´s in the level anyway.

Seamless textures, soft edges, dynamic lighting: things that don´t belong to this kind of game. If you´re new to it, you´ll get used at some point. There are many things Dukers don´t need to enjoy the game. Most of us actually do like those pixelated walls, sharp shading, flat sprites, etc. It´s part of the charm.

There are no autosaves on this mod. If you die and restart the level, you´ll start with the pistol. A few levels come with some weapony at the start, in order to adhere the policy of "make each level playable by itself". But to your question: You need to save manually (pressing F6 by default).

That´s a rare problem that some people suffered. You should be able to reload the map by going to "new game" "usermap" and selecting damtop.map. You will lose all weapons you came with but there´s enough of them on the map to survive.

Does your system require one GRP file with all (original game+mod) content included? If so that´s not very difficult to do. The problem is that this mod does not work with the Xbox Duke3d. It requires Eduke32 and won´t run with anything that is not it.

We are not interested on adding models to this mod.
We are not interested on adding members to our team.
We don´t want anybody using our mod, or its assets, as a base for another mod.
