Nothing interesting to say really :D Massive fan of Command & Conquer (except number 4 in the Tiberium saga), especially the amazing mods available for C&C 3 TW which make it feel the way the game was meant to be in the first place! Also a massive fan of Sonic & Pokemon!

I hope the AI will be able to use the Forgotten as well. I used to have a CnC mod called Crossfire and there was a fourth faction called Series in it. They were so much fun to use but if set as an allied or opposing faction, its main production facility would just sit there and not build anything. I would love to be able to both use and fight the Forgotten, just a personal wish from me though :) As always, this mod never ceases to impress me, plus Carnius: I love you even more now! Cos you are implementing my favourite Red Alert weapon: Tesla! I thank you!

Agreed. The inability to garrison Shock Troopers has always been a thorn in my side too. I do find Stalwarts to be quite effective when garrisoned, if they could just have a garrisonable anti-armour unit to support them when they are in there they could cause some real damage! Plus they have a garrisonable aircraft (Ravage) with gun ports to enable internal small-arms fire. It is only really useful with the Shock Trooper, nothing else.

Something I would like to suggest would be allowing a Laser Turret Node to deploy three laser turrets again instead of two. The new models are definitely better than the old ones but I just can't help but feel they are a little underpowered when there is only two of them.

It will be interesting to see what base defences the Forgotten will have. Maybe mounted miniguns, tiberium shard launchers, anything really. They use old technologies I think so there is a vast array of possibilities.

Oh yeah, I meant to ask this earlier: will the AI be able to use the Forgotten like in the CNC Forgotten mod? As much as I would love to play as the Forgotten, I want to fight against them too ;)

I'm not quite sure, all I did was delete all files in the mods folder, and then copy and paste them from Downloads and bam, it appeared in the game browser! lol So weird!

And yeah, it rocks in HD! With my old laptop, literally all settings had to be at the lowest level possible. It looked like I was in command of a bunch of plastic figurines XD

Can't wait to see what Carnius has in store for us with the Forgotten. Very good theories there as well! I wouldn't be too bothered if the Scrapbus appeared, but I definitely agree that an alternative would be better. The MCV idea sounds so cool! Means we would be ale to play as the Forgotten in the Campaign! Aw, I would love that!

Aww hell yeah! Got TE working on my new laptop! First time I have ever been able to play this mod with HD graphics... its ******* awesome!

I can't wait to play as the Forgotten! Oh yeah: if the Forgotten are now going to be a playable faction, does that mean we will see a new tech structure to replace the Mutant Mercenary Centre? Just like how Tacitus Archive replaces Expansion Point? That would be cool!

I've noticed the stealth detection problem too, Attack Bikes display a stealth detection radius but the ability is not there at all.

Congratulations Carnius for making the Top 10! Personally, I think the results were abysmal. On quality alone TE should've been in at least the Top 5. In my book, it is Number 1! Thanks for a great mod!

And on the note of 'Mod', I hate to do it but I was hoping someone could help me a little here. Just a minor problem that isn't a TE fault, more possibly a hardware fault or something. I finally got a new laptop for Christmas capable of full HD graphics and I have been dying to see TE in HD, but for some strange reason it isn't appearing in the game browser. I have made sure everything is in the right place. If I move the folder for TWA or Crossfire Mod out of the correct place, they remain in the browser! I feel rude asking for tech advice when I've been away for so long, but I would greatly appreciate any help provided.
Thank you and once again, AWESOME Mod Carnius!

house It may have been mentioned already, and if so I apologize, but the White House mission in the GDI Campaign has this bug where no MCV will arrive. The transport that it is meant to arrive in is empty. Mission completion is still viable, but only on easy and with very good management skills.

@Ahrimansiah: No worries, it isn't rude its actually very good advice :D The weird thing is: I speak English fluently, I just wanted to play the game in different languages cos I can speak bits of them. Thought it would be cool.

@Oaks: Sorry, guess I didn't think of that. Now I feel horribly selfish. Sorry guys... Carnius has done an astronomically fantastic job with TE. My question wasn't nice. And about the Scottish bit... GOD PLEASE NO!! That would sound absolutely dreadful! AARH! I can actually here the units in my head now...

"Awright sur?"
"Wat day ye want!"

Too horrible to even imagine!

I just noticed something... there are no unit restrictions on the Forgotten anymore! 0-0 I'm so slow it's unbelievable! Wish I'd found that out sooner, though it still says in description that only 3 can be deployed at a time.

Quick Question: Does anyone know of any other good RTS games that are all futuristic like CnC Tiberium Saga? Command & Conquer TE will always be my fav. but I'm going through a sci-fi phase at the moment lol.

True, it does seem more logical when you put it that way. What I used to do though make my own squads comprised of many individual units, but I guess the squads are more cost effective. I mean, one riflemen Squad only costs 300 or something (can't remember of the top of my head), whereas one Peacekeeper in RA3 costs 500.

Oh, that's because the original Tripod models are still in place for that mission. It's the Tripod that's in that mission, not the Qpod. Dunno why though...

See, that's why I prefer single infantry units. They deal the same amount of damage regardless of how much health they have lost. Although I guess a downside to single infantry units would be micro-management.

I've kind of fixed it now, kind of tedious though. I go to my desktop, right-click and change the page orientation to portrait. Then change it back once I have added skirmish players.

Hey guys, wondering if someone could help. I am just starting out with the Worldbuilder. I want to make my own maps and upload some onto moddb for both me and you to play in TE. However, I am very new and I'm a little lost. Most of it seems simple enough once you get your head around it, but there are 2 main problems I'm having:-

1)In the menu where you select 'Add Skirmish Players', I'm unable to click that button because the window is so long, it runs off the screen. I can't move it.

2) When I click on the button on the Toolbar to 'Place Object', it says unable to place object. Why?

Thank You! Hopefully I'll get the hang of this sooner or later.

Awesome! The vehicles and buildings are realistic in both appearance and SIZE! That was one of the many things I hated about vanilla CnC3: buildings were to small, or vehicles were too big depending on which way you look at it I guess, and the troops were a little too big as well.
