I love it, my only complaint is the gunplay getting in the way of the atmosphere, other than that it's perfect.
I personally hate memes as they are disgusting, I'm also taking my time with this to make sure it's enjoyable, comedic and surprising with events you won't expect.

I figured I'd just completely re-do the M16A4 especially due to the grip position, all of the animations are placeholder and are nowhere near final.

Great stuff, however, All of the hip firing animations for the weapons are rather fake, Some being excessively dramatic, It's no big deal really but I would suggest having them toned down a bit.
I'm just stating the obvious, Horrible models, horrible mockup aka story with grammar errors and etc.

It just looks like something that I can easily whip up in hammer via scripted events and choreography with some lights.
I wouldn't be where I am today animating for a commercial game without having to experience the hardship. I have every right to tell him his work is bad so he can improve, Unlike all these newbies blindly saying "OMG GREAT WORK", he has to see what's wrong with it and make it not suck. Plus don't use that excuse that he now started animating, My first animation in 3ds Max was production quality.

Well no offense but it'll just seem like that way if you can't handle constructive criticism, The maps are poorly designed and look as if they were just tossed about with props and no gameplay recognition in mind. The new Uzi animations are also terrible *I know that's not constructive but it shows no use of the key principles in animation such as motion holds, proper weighting and timing*
