You'd wonder why a good lot of about a thousand people can successfully play this mod without too much of a challenge, It's so fun, simple made and the maps are detailed. This mod isn't a run and gun Halo/Call of Duty shooter so I can understand if it's not your type of game, Everyone has their own opinions and tastes.

All he did was state his opinion and disagree with you, That's not trolling, He has the right to say/type what he wants.

I will agree with his opinion however, I think Age of Chivalry is lame, poorly made and the terrible animations make it hard to play when you swing your swords as the timing is way off in crucial moments of combat.

Yes these are all WIP but I wish you could be more helpful and say how the AUG reload is bad *I'm redoing it anyway* rather than saying it's "awkward as all hell", the SR2M's reload is "stupidly long" because he was dry reloading, there are mag swap reloads and dry reloads for Ivan's Secrets as well as weapon draws and weapon first draws *picking up a fresh SR2M resulted in setting it's stock into place*

I'm also pretty sure there are dozens of games *bad company 2 noted even* had an AUG's bolt handle reciprocate while firing, It's a mod now let me enjoy my video game world.

For the KS23 I'd say it's because of how the fire and pump animation are seperate animations based on HL2's shotgun, honestly I think we'll have to make it a single animation to rid the delay.

Wasn't there already a remake on the gamecube, why are you bothering with remaking such a large game on a very unstable and limited/outdated engine, I'm not tossing down motivation but it's just not worth it especially if there's a possible risk of a Cease & Desist.

Just played it, the overall quality could have way been better in terms of model, animation and mapping work, I had an utterly hard time hitting things with the melee weapons as the attack animations did not give me a clear sense of where the attack was going to land and not having a crosshair does not help any. I only played the first few maps but so far I found myself getting easily lost due to a not so good sense of direction in them.

I for one agree with your thoughts on the mod Area51T so don't feel bad if a 14 year old replies to you saying "u g0t 0wn3d l0l", This was in development for about 1-2 years now and all they pretty much did was use the ZM source code to their advantage with basic and generic HL2 assets.

I was really expecting for it to be based on their great concepts but I was greatly disappointed with the end result. "New maps on the way" can't really improve the overall quality and lift the mod from a generic HL2 state to something new and exciting.

Building textures in the back look too plain with crazy looking/sized windows, grass texture looks really low res, there's this space in the background that you can see which looks weird and those small 'trees' look kind of strange and unnatural being lined up like that while the dead trees are off putting to the scenery in general. Really obvious repeating textures too.
