The campaign could have had more done with it.
But I guess when I see a planetary type strategy game, I want sandbox instead of straight gameplay. And the optional missions get very repetitive..):

Anyways..I think they could have done more with the campaign. It's to Linear, theres nothing dynamic about it. The Tyranid infestation levels were pretty cool, but thats about it. The camapaign has you set on a straight path and you cant stray from that path. There are no random events, other than what Nids do to the planet they have infested, theres only a couple territories per world. I mean come on, if you're going to make the planet look extremely beautiful (which it is..very..) why not add more territories. I guess I was expecting a territory battle mechanic like Rome TW. :\
Nonetheless, the game is fun and I recommend it. Especially once mods start pumping out. Although, if you're looking for massive battles Dawn of War I had, look away..before you cry. :'\
I don't like starting out almost fully friendly with the good guys and almost fully hostile with the bad guys..such as Xenos, Outcasts, Hackers..etc.
Is there a way to possibly set it to neutral or something? Because one game I played last night I was neutral with the Xenos and I helped them attack the Detroit Munitions depot and we succeeded..until Cruise and Spa arrived with a Capital ship..granted we had one of our own, I was still very afraid..then I had to get off and go to bed. Now I had to clean install Freelancer because of a mod that screwed up pretty much everything forcing me to do so.
I want to know how I was able to start off neutral with the Xenos and if there is a way to revert it back to neutral.

Sucks to see the mod dead. (How long has it been up there? O.o) But I'm looking forward to the other mod. :P
I'm going to buy Freelancer just for all these mods..I'm looking at weeks to months to even years of gameplay just from mods alone..god where have I been?
I havent been this hyped about a mod since MWLL..but this..I hope to see this finished and put out there and not die when things get tough. Hope to see this mod soon.

I love how theres only one picture..? And no updates or anything. Either this died, or they are holding back a lot of stuff.

So wait. What did I miss? Couple days ago people were discussing mod's and the amount of playability. Now I hear were being bashed and trying to be brought down? NOW there's a petition to keep us alive? What the hell is going on?!
I can't wait for this mod..i think it will force me to go dust off my crysis cd and pop it in again.

That isn't ported because the model's don't have enough detail on them to be ported. They look created and thus, NOT PORTING you douche. And the bright side, this is looking to be a good mod.
I hate you guys for giving me that false hope at the end..but I'm looking forward to this mod, along with another friend. :P
i went from average 60 fps to 12 when i installed and played this mod..wtf?
I really love this mod and I think it changes the combat mechanics to where it should have been. The accuracy is nice, but imo to dead on. The fact that the soldiers die, allow points/posts to be taken and retaken really easily. I've seen a Stalker base get raped from both ends by bandits and mutants and they almost lost the base. But the stalkers were able to retake it easily because people died so fast. There is, one problem..in the Aggroprom Research Facility, the mod crashes my game consistently..I really love this mod and I want to continue playin stalker with it, all I'm askin is for a fix.
