Everyone who has a computer has the ability to make any mod they can imagine, even if its a mod  about  shooting cactus's at little furry catapillars it could still work! All you realy need is the right tools and motivation.

Everyone just needs to remember that they have the ability to make and do anything they want!*
I beleive that if you dont like something that someone has made you shouldn't flame them to death commenting on how bad it is, instead you should tell them how to improve on their work and maby even give them more ideas (for all you modders out there this is what good community groups are for!).

I hope this has given an idea to what your imagination can make and hopefully help you to develope a great game.

*Within reason of course.

P.S Before you ask me why i dont do any modding, its because my computers not the greatest and i'm not too good at that sort of stuff (although i can do some O.K maps and im getting better!).
