1: I'm pretty sure there will be a Half-life 3
2: Valve is very busy making HL2EP3. Anyone who follows Valve knows they like to take their sweet time. Annoying? yes. But it gets the job done.
3: Of course the BMS team is taking a long time to make this. Its not just a mod. Its a complete reconstruction of a 10+ hour game with new content and multiplayer. THESE THINGS TAKE TIME.

i really dont think these people are going to take any liberties with the story. IF any of these people are in there, they will be minor roles only. its not like they can get the original voice actors anyways.

great mod with great potential. i just want to see a few more people playing. i had a lot of fun playing for the first few days after its release, but now its empty...

i would love to still play this if there were games. this is the best stargate mod ive seen yet.

1) this mod is far from dead. just check the website. at the moment, its scheduled to release sometime this year. hopefully.

2) dont respond to all of the morons on here that are making fun of the source engine and the graphics. all theyre trying to do is get a reaction out of you. just bury their comment and be done with it.

3) umm... now that i think about it, these numbers arent as effective when i only have two things to say...

wow. unandpw is really pathetic. Hes just posting the same BS about the source engine over and over, trying to get a reaction. everyone, do us all a favor and dont reply to him. thats what he wants us to do.

i think youre pretty much speaking for yourself here...personally, a "dead" engine isnt enough to stop me from playing a full remake of quite possibly the greatest shooter ever made. youre sounding like all those shallow gamers who refuse to play anything more than a couple months old. newer isnt necessarily better.

oh. one more thing. its a bit too easy to grief in this game. i saw a lot of idiots running over teammates with the truck, as well as survivors killing rescuers.

first, i really liked this mod. its just that it seemed a little...incomplete. it was pretty buggy. in fact, we once drove the car almost outside the map by turboing up the sides. and i would say that there needs to be more kinds of zombies. nothing much. but the fast zombies are really rare. i would have liked to see more of them. i would say there should be more maps, but i hear there are some custom maps on the way.

quite simply one of the best mods ive ever played. please hurry up on halfquake sunrise!

good mod, but not very scary. if you want to play a scary mod, play afraid of monsters.

fun mod, but not very noob friendly. by which, its kinda hard to play for the first several times. especially with all the people who have played the game since the beginning.

one of the two best single player mods ive ever played (the other was Half-quake Amen). I just wish more mods like this would be released.

if you want to see a video demonstration, i posted one with a basic lesson in how to play on youtube. And yes. I know i accidently called it suicide survivor.

played it earlier and had a lot of fun. especially as a suicider. please get more people to play it. i would hate to see another great multiplayer mod die because no one knows about it. to help, i put a video on youtube of some of my gaming session. i hope thats all right.

freaking amazing. beyond my expectations.

just finished the mod. overall, it is one of the best single player mods ive ever played. this, unlike most survival horror games, was actually pretty scary, and kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. great ending. now i have to play dc.

two minor problems. on one occasion, i was forced to fight those shadow monsters on godmode (only had 1 bullet and ten health.) also, once i had to noclip thru a broken door (however, in hindsight, i think that i may have missed something and the door was supposed to be cracked open)

nevertheless, 10/10. i enjoyed nearly every second of it.

same thing kept happening to me. also, i couldnt break thru the boards that lead into that area

i didnt even know there was a manual. thats all you really had to say. i never said that the mod as a whole was bad, i said that this bit made it incredibly frustrating. and if theres something i missed, then im willing to admit that i made a mistake.

i really wanted to enjoy this mod. but there was always the problem with the headcrab taking so little damage. the soldiers can actually damage the headcrab directly while in zombie form, and, as i found no way to actually heal myself (please tell me if there is. i looked. a lot.), i was eventually cornered in a hallway, with 1 guard who consistently killed me, as i only had 6 health left as a headcrab. i couldnt attack him as a zombie, as he would always hit the headcrab, and i couldnt attack him as a headcrab, because apparantly, black mesa only chooses the most amazing sharpshooters in the world to be a guard. if you were to take out the guards's ability to shoot the headcrab while on a zombie, and if there was some obvious way to heal yourself, i woould really love this game. as i said, i went into it optimistically, and i really tried to like it. if i made some kind of mistake that no one else is making, please tell me.

i agree with pytox. if only there was one almighty stargate mod with several different gamemodes. oh well. as long as im wishing i may as well wish that all the consoles would come together so that i dont have to pay a thousand dollars to get my favorite games.

one of the best mods ive found. not the best, and needs some more work. some new gamemodes, perhaps? love the idea of an RPG-Shooter hybrid mod. keep up the good work
