I have a weird bug, but I'm not sure it is a bug. The outfit I'm wearing has a max condition of 95% but all the parts show they're at 100% condition. By the formula this should result in a 100% max condition, right? What could be going on here?

just something I noticed while playing demo 9 just now: It's possible to trigger scares while facing away from them. So noticed with the one outside the starting room, when you go left towards the kitchen.
Don't know if it's intentional, just wanted to inform.

Filefront seems to have broken the 2.5.0 Beta download.. have need!
Oh one more thing, maybe you have the expertise.. could you see what you can do about the "mouse acceleration" ingame? Seems Deus Ex forces it on, and it's unplayable.. can't aim straight.
Setting UseDirectInput=True seems to work, but then there's no mouse in the menues.. equally unplayable.

I think it's great you're making shifter, I'm looking forward to it's release! Reading through your description of the actual, quantifiable advantages, I remembered something that always bugged me about the nightvision/seethruwalls augment.
The Basic version gave you nightvision, which was green and usually not very usefull. The later improvements gave you a seethruwalls ability, but also the nightvision was still there .. and honestly, it looked crappy, felt crappy to use and .. well the nightvision was very obsolete.
So, uh.. just a suggestion, but could you perhaps eliminate the nightvision effect from the improved stages of the augmentation?
It'd be very much appreciated :)
