1.PokeGen had 9 pokemons by their development halted and finally stopped. Roughly at a years end of development. That and a well crafted environment and a good extension of it planned.(View this as another one of those- When will it be done?-type of questions)

3. That is nice. And yeah I know Kanto on its own will be quite the amount of Pokè's to make, animate, sound and balance.

1. If I were to compare your view of this in a years time compared to Pokegen's last release- what would the difference be? That preview video seemed cool though as you said its pre alpha so it does not have smoothed out animations and textures.
2. Any plans on an SP version? MMO seems a bit big, and not everyone is a fan. Personally I just want to create an awesome story on my own.
3. Any plans on going into gen2 at all?

It is its own thing. Made in unity.

With what I know so far I really have no idea whether I want it or not. Many other more realistic options like the sabertooths and mammoths. There still was quite a few scary animals then.
I'll have to await more info from you guys to truly answer that, It was mostly meant as a question on why exactly dinosaurs. Why not take animals that existed at the time or at the least would not be so out of place like I mentioned before the sabertooth, mammoths, direwolves, normal wolfs, lions, lynxes and whatnot.

Still sounds interesting though. And sorry if the text above seems like I'm rambling. And yeah its your game, your desicion- I was just voicing a question- a it tired to not see many good games from the stone age era and this seems like could be a pretty interesting one.

How about their animation room? And what came after? You have to actually read their blogs to get what's going on. Looking at the pictures doesn't work.

Read their dev blogs on Taleworlds.com and you'll see all that their overhauling to make it a true sequal to M&B. Not that warband was bad. It just really was a standalone expansion of it.

Well, smaller is easier to accomplish and get feedback faster. Could allow player's second or third character(don't know if it will be more than one) to start in other regions- I agree with this though seems a bit interesting to start in other places.

That realistic ground texture and trees seems out of place with the anime style pokemons and character.
Start small with Kanto and move on in the chronological order, though I agree with Kalos coming before Unova(Kalos seemed more back to the basics of Kanto and Johto in comparison)

Anyway's hope to see more- and I hope you realize that you can't profit from this game right? I mean Nintendo is not happy with people profiting from their stuff.

To copy what Epic said on the Unreal Engine 4. A royalty is what you would pay Epic after you earn money.

So throwing while in a hurry equals bad aim. Stalking in on the pokemon while hidden and aiming equals good aim? No fair for when you're battling it and don't want to battle it to the end.

Does not tell me that much as I had quite the overload of questions in there. But yeah, I would help if I knew how to code/script or model/animate or rig.

So this may not be the most important thing, but why is he wearing only one glove? Is that part of character customization stuff or something else? Either way this is a great step up from the basics of the original Boy/Girl clothing.
There is an updated wardrobe for both right? Either way looking forward to the next update regardless of what new you add.
Just one last question, when will NPC opponents be made? Just to make it more varied compared to just fighting the Pokemons, but I guess NPC battle behavior needs to be different from wild ones... So update after next?

Or the 31st of May to coincide with the release of PokeGen 2.0 But I hope for March. That is closer :p

Any plan on changing the childish language out? I can handle removing the rock music but "pwned" is just wrong and sad on so many levels. use the japanese term for death or kill or just use the standard "killed". Beyond that this looks great so far and I'm looking forward to what you'll add going forward.

I only add things that look awesome on my watch list Xatoku. And I never intend to remove any of them :) Hope you get back as soon as you can, but when your personal life is good again of course.

I doubt many that get started with this kind of game development are professionals. More like wanted a bigger challenge than modding.

I'm far from a high person, and neither is Swim4Life. People that have been around for a long enough time tend to pick up on things. And that goes for any project. People have personal life, and in projects like this that can get the releases from happening the way they were meant to be done.

And he have or at least had a donation link on the forum. He do not get the money per se, it goes towards funding his own studio later.

Probably a yearly update or he is going to see if he will continue on it every year.

I think he said in the donation thread that the money would be used to found a proper studio later on.
