Info: I became team leader after beating 8ball in a drunken arm wrestle. My coding abilities with UnrealScript are questionable, but are more than made up for by my desire to finish Mindless and release it to the world. Possibly the most insane member of the Mindless team, the rest of the Mindless squad have made a pact to keep me away from the more subtle parts of fan interaction as much as possible.

We're sorry, but no blog posts were found here. Boring yes, but as confucius always said - if you have nothing good to say, why say anything at all? Check back later, perhaps something exciting will pop-up and be worth blogging about, like season 3 of the teletubbies.
Speak your mind, rant about games, mods and the development scene, it's simple and who knows maybe someone will read it and agree. It will feel right!

I've been talking to the moddb.com staff about running the article I've written as a feature. So far, they're refusing, claiming that they are concerned the article will "misinform" ppl.
This despite the fact that a successful copyright attorney of 17 years experience has signed-off on the article as being accurate.
Go figure. :)
re: the article, thnx! I handed it off to jackson04 (and others soon) hoping that they'd appreciate the professional advice of several lawyers and a veteran game designer and would run it as a feature. I'm not holding my breath though... in fact I'm thinking of quiting this site. >:(
Oh well.
Here's an unsolicited article I wrote re: copyright infringement and modding with the help/input of lawyers as well as a professional games designer. Drawing upon legal precedent and recent court cases, it concludes that copyright infringement threatens the future of modding. An interesting read.

Check the 'What are you working on?' thread =]
Yus. Lots of drinking and cavorting with the ladyfriend. Much needed time away =]
I have a nice big open plan office.
Not much. Just back from holiday and back to work again.
Humbuggery.
Hi, I appreciate you having taken the time to apply to the Lone Modders group, but you have no mods listed in your profile. If your situation changes and you become the sole developer of a well established mod, please feel free to reapply.
lol oh boy, check out mod-hq...look at the rumors you started haha. By the time i read that, it was already too late :P
no worries though.
not entirely. I did create some Gfx for the site but it was mostly done by a friend of chief phillips. Chief also created the HTML portion and designed the layouts for the information on each page. I created the headers, banners, links to us, the image layouts and obviously the concept art.
was it really? do you have a link or an image of the page/s? Interesting, considering i didnt know any of this, something that would definatly fit the front page of our site...
