It's pretty much completed. There has always been lots of small stuff thats needed to be done. But it's gonna ship soon.
It's in latin. And its translation is related to the story of the mod.
I'm still around!
I dont understand how to use this. Am I suppose to compile all of these scripts? And where do I put these files?
Even though I haven't released it yet in 2 years, I promise you it will never be dead!
As Ownernator said, expect something soon.
I haven't worked on the mod for some time right now. It is pretty much done, only thing remaining is making the vocals work.
Really creative mod! Cant wait for this to be finished!
It will be for Portal 1!
Notch twitted you. good job mate.
I'll be posting soon on whats going on.
I WANNA PLAY THIS MOD NOW!!
Thank you all. I will make sure all this extra time will make the mod even better then it is at it's current state.
I'd like to test it out
Thank all of you for the positive and supportive comments! I am amazed.
What makes you think Episode 2 would be release this date?
Right now Im busy working on EP2. But after finishing I could get back into EP1 and fix the bugs that exists.
This is however not the method used for the mod.
I choose my testers personally.
Yes the laser was not dynamic like the waver. It's all done with entities. Since it's really hard to code for Portal.
Yes this is somewhat of how it works
It takes you forward, like the original funnel. The wave effect is best if experienced yourself. Don't worry though, its not a annoying effect :)
Why she doesn't have it, is a part of the story.
Yes the mod will be available to download here on ModDB. But you will have to wait a day or two longer.
High-five for having our mods published on Desura dude :)
This is the date where Episode One was published on Desura.
I dont think the dirty walls would fit in this scene, that is why I did not use them. However, I am using darker concrete and the top, and brighter concrete at the bottom, to give the scene a bit more detail.
I'll take a look at this scene again and see what else I can do to make it more interesting.
Right now the co-op sequences are all scripted and pre-determined.
Thanks, fixed :)
hehe, good eye. I think the fan was spinning faster then the framerate.
