It's a good polycount, let me just remind you one thing dude: Source Engine goes full retard if you push it way around 10k polys, nowadays, 10k is nothing to be fair.

Good point, even so, 5k extra polys are too much, some playable models actually are 5k or props, depending of the game, modeler and needs of the team.
19k polys? That's even few! With the new DX11, this polycount will be perfect. Greatly done, this is indeed a BFG!

Dude, if you see those pics, you'll find out the eggshape head, not the square one, they actually have a chin! The last one is a rounded face, but have a chin, you can actually see it. It have a basic egg shape.
You need pro refs? Go to an art school. Do you want a good example? Ok, here you have some you arrogant little prick. I'm talking from a professional art point of view, as a modeler you must be able to do anything, even what you hate. And I did on more than one anime models and I draw manga style, is the easier art school that exist, that's why mostly all animes and mangas are almost the same style being the originality the story (sometimes not even that)
If you really want pro-art, GTFO of deviant art and anime fan-boy sites and got check some Ozamu Tezuka basic draws, then check some Katsuhiro Otomo mangas and movies, watch the anime Sayonara Zetsoubo Sensei or Bakemonogatari and you'll realize that no matter what kind of story you're telling, genre, you need to make a character look human always, her head is horrible, anyone with common sense can see that, and if you really like Masamure Shirow, you'll know that he always look photorealism, not that chibi pedophile **** that everybody likes so much now.
Besides, none of those pics have that mice look you provided to your model. I'm talking from the art direction point of view, if you need examples from someone, you're just some low ****** quality artist who can't take criticism.

I've removed a pic from the gallery, since it was from Oblivion, I thanks HounderKnight for letting me know.
The modeler took it as a reference pic, and I've uploaded it without notice that it was from that game. I've never played Oblivion, even so I apologize for the inconvenience and my error, I promise you it won't happen again and I'll be more careful when uploading the screenshots and renders of the other members in the staff.

I live in Paraguay (extremely tropical country) and I find this extremely unreal, the sun never shines like this, not even if it's a clear sky day and you have some kind of bloom filter lens in your eyes attached.
