The COD style iron sights were removed on the newest release. If you want them back, install the obsolete versions.
SMG bullets go through glass without leaving holes after the glass has been initially broken.
Decals don't stain other NPC sometimes. Is that going to be addressed in 1.1? Also, it crashes when dismounting the turrets on the first showdown with the helicopter.
Dead Air version?
Delete the stalker.ltx located in gamedata/config/creatures folder. Then delete the xr_combat_ignore.ltx located in gamedata/ai_tweaks folder. Gone are the super agro enemies that can spot you 1000000 miles away.
