Hello. Faeren did you managed to find "the script that applies defects to weapons the player is using"? Or maybe its another file like configs...
Cause i'm ******. TOZ-34 in hands and after ~30 shots it's whole in red defects. But general condition is about 95%. With rifles or machine guns it'll be more awful, i guess.
Здраствуйте, вы не могли бы сделать аддон с доработанной системой переносимого веса из перевого патча dead air, сделать её более реалистичной. Многие мои подписчики забросили игру, из за убогой системы переносимого веса во втором патче, что за бред, если персонаж не может сдвинутся с места при нагрузке всего в 20кг. Я пытался достучатся автору мода в личку через его друзей что если ему закинуть на спину 50 кг мешок, он спокойно пройдется с ним 500 метров, но ответа так и не получил.

Many of my subscribers abandoned the game because of a poor system of portable weight in the second patch, what nonsense, if the character can not move when the load is only 20 kg. I tried to contact the author of the mod, saying that he could safely walk with a 50kg bag on his back, after walking 500 meters, but I did not get a response
I think the issue is more due to the fact the player is trying to carry 20kg of things without a backpack, hence they cannot actually carry everything they want to take with them without dropping things. I'll have a look at how carry weight limits and stamina penalties are set but trying to adjust it in the way you seem to want without making the carry weight limit a non-issue is probably pretty finnicky.
