been playing for about 2 hrs and it's fantastic.
well done i cannot believe we actually have action packed saber duels in kotor universe :)
if i had any suggestions at all, it would be about the audio and the dialogues.
I'm not sure how complicated it is to get your hands on kotor dialogue audio without backround effects, i know many other JA mods have the same background noise when the audio is extracted from a movie scene, but doesn't KOTOR hold seperated audio files for voices? again not a big thing, but ther it is.
Also, are there subtitles? I would love some for aliens and player character, him being mute and all

had it for a while, just stopped by to endorse and to say good job,
it's a good arcade mod, 2 clicks from instant action
needless to say it's not a new story and everything like some mods, but i do like the seperate scenario missions
well yes, but as a whole it does it's job.
I can only wish of such a fan-made compilation of missions
starring totaly unrelated jedi and non-jedi protagonists,
each on their 1 significant mission.

but how do they get infinite use if they are heroes?
can you even have more than one hero unit selectable via F1?

will the maps have pre-made sides - as in special sides for each map
(for example corrusant guard on corrusant map-jedi temple, death watch on a certain map ect) or will the sides be random every time you restart the map like in the dark times mod?
(insert trivial suggestion) > I assume heroes will come much much later (if ever) so can we get a "lesser hero" units that are unlockable via points like real heroes, but have classic unit hp.
By these meaning units that are too rare to see in mass battles, like IG-line assasin droids, magna guards, that super looking ultra droideka you have an img of here, them fancy custom clones of yours ect.

concerning this mod (the style in which it will be done ect)
that's too bad. I must say i personaly enjoy the clip system more, i feel more soldier-y, but playing mods like dark times does pull off the overheat system, which i am told is lore correct. I just miss the reloading animation i guess, like if you had to trigger reload animation once you overheat.
Concerning the droids, in order to better describe what 2 variants or battle droids i mean:
-the human sized fast version from geonosis
-the dusty reinforced outdoor walking turret
which i believe they used in clone wars also
which looks so heavy i imagine it would be as clumbsy as controlling a veichle. Either way would love to see the dirty armor texture for a change :)
love what you are doing btw it's a great mod idea, with a good fan base for a game that can pull off the look of the series
i'd like to suggest that super battle droid be seperated (i know they are already) into a smaller, shiny, more agile variant like we see in episode 2, and a big, slow, dirty looking,clumbsy, high hp behemot we see in SW: republic commando
also an idea about ammo... just leaving it out there:
If you overheat the weapon, you need to change your energy cell (let's say every unit has 1 spare energy cell, or 2 for elite units, since apparently they can last forever if properly rationed). And the former ammo packs can contain 1 energy cell each. This could apply for non-special weapons

they didn't get to make a persuasion overhaul that would be worth this mod, since if you shove enough gold at a random NPC he will tell you his life story
