Yes, I followed the instructions. Maybe it‘s because I have other mods installed...

How do I get this to work?
I copied the files but I don‘t see new map anywhere :(
Did you make the shortcut properly?
Remember there has to be space between ".exe" and "-mod:napoleonic".
The whole thing should look like below, something like:
D: Program Files/The Creative Assembly/Rome Total War/RomeTW.exe -mod:napoleonic
When you see him on the battlefield, it means things just got serious.
Ach, I thought you wrote the same name by mistake. ;)
Fantastic presentation, I especially like Guards of Himring and Caranthir's host.
But why are there two kinds of Noldorin heavy archers?
I'm not a fan of elves, but I just might start to like them.
Guards of the Havens look awesome.
It's nice, except the colors on the minimap.
Na pewno, na niektórych screenach są polskie napisy.
Well, good luck on next version then ;)
I'll definitely keep watching your work Jubal, maybe my feelings will change.
Awesome :)
Well, I checked the mod out, and it's not too good. I mean, the units and the whole concept is OK, but the details aren't too good. All the voices, UI and many more is vanilla. And in such a big mod, there can't be any vanilla! So the mod isn't an artwork. It's not bad, but from what I read here, I expected much more.
Looks nice.
Downloading soon :)
Did you think about using LOTR: TW portraits?
Orcs & Humans mod uses them and campaign looks a lot nicer.
What??? The description says:
Naval battles (only in custom battles)
Ach, this 5 minute limit...
//////
D: Program Files/The Creative Assembly/Rome Total War/Rome-TW.exe
Change it to the following:
D: Program Files/The Creative Assembly/Rome Total War/RomeTW.exe -mod:napoleonic
///////
Look everyone, the game works just fine, you just have to install it properly. Move the folder "napoleonic" to your RTW directory, for example:
D: Program Files/The Creative Assembly/Rome Total War
Make a shortcut of the file "Rome-TW.exe"
Then go to details.
Now, the first window, it should look something like this:
D: Program Files/The Creative Assembly/Rome Total War/Rome-TW.exe
Change it to the following:
D: Program Files/The Creative Assembly/Rome Total War -mod:napoleonic
You just have to add " -mod:napoleonic" at the end without quotation marks.
Hope it clarifies a lot.
Enjoy.
Are you planning translation?
In my opinion, everyone would benefit from it, because it's really good mod. Please, think about it Bagatur.
Check out TWC for installation instructions.
Anyone knows why can't I browse the modlist when I'm logged in?
It just constantly pops this message:
We're sorry, but no mods were found matching the criteria specified. We suggest you try the mods list with no filter applied, to browse all available mods.
I repeat, I AM browsing the mods list with no filter applied.
There is no problem when I'm not logged in.
Please, help. :)
It's really not that hard, if you have lot of free time and you are ready to learn, you can get to know something about modding. There are lots of tutorials, that can help you at start.
The start is already 50% of success. :)
Comments like that one put a smile on my face.
Yeah, me too. Really waiting for this one, looks awesome.
Good Luck guys!
Hi, is that mod upgrading AI in any way? I prefer singleplayer so that's a factor for me.
