Hello, my name is Ivar and I like to work on games. Game Design is a hobby of mine since 2005. I started using Game Maker 6 and Milkshape 3D 1.8.2 until I met the Leadwerks Engine and 3DS Max. My current project is called Ravage Online, which is an online FPS made from scratch.

Thanks for the interest :) I'm trying to get a working, solid version around the 9th of July. I will be showing this game to people of the Dutch gaming industry as well, so I can assure you the result will be good.

Those skulls above his head represent the 'Doom' skill of one of the opponents in the Arena. All spells have unique particles, this Doom particle is one of them.

Also note that the GUI and viewmodels are all placeholders. :)
and hmm, it seems I need to patch the grass a bit - it's all black now

It's mainly to show a bit here that the chatting is working and villagers can be spawned. Other than that, the high-tech military soldier sure fits in this scene.

So here we'll be seeing a character capturing a base. After the base been captured, the base will spread out the color of its team (standard is white).

the recoil wasn't recorded because I was filming I think. The gun usually blows a bit back and slightly a bit up. I think that'll be noticed when you get to play. ^^

Read the description, it'll give sense to everything :)

I'm also wondering if I should give a sniper a binocular, without targeting or so... I'm not really sure what I can do with that. Suggestions are welcome though (just like the killstreaks, which helped me out a lot). ;)

Evayr Dec 29 2011, 12:01am says:

So the killstreaks are now ready in Ravage. They are way different than what CoD has (no AC130, UAV, etc). The killstreaks are all infantry based so you can keep on shooting on the ground with the rewards you deserved during combat! :)

Killstreak list:
2: Clip refilled
3: Faster movement by 20%
4: Reduced falling damage by 50%
5: Ammo refilled
...And I need to think of some more. Suggestions are welcome :)

I appreciate it for being honest. I do have to agree that the texture isn't the best part of the Desert Eagle. I'll see what I can do :)

Could be an option, but I think removing the crosshair will be tough enough since you won't know where the exact center is :) I'll be testing it though. In case it won't work I can try that.

Thanks for the suggestion and tracking!

Since we haven't made the settings yet to reduce your graphics and such, we only know what the engine (Leadwerks) actually needs:

For the minimum
- NVidia GEForce series 7000 or ATI Radeon series 3000 graphics card
- 1.0 GHz CPU
- 512 MB RAM

And recommended:
- NVidia GEForce 8800 or ATI Radeon 3870 graphics card
- 3.0 GHz CPU
- 2 GB RAM

Thanks for the comment and tracking :)
