Yes, even with mods. But Punkbuster is angry because of Steam, so you have to disable the chat functions of Steam before you join a server.

I actually mostly play BF2 because of the bots, and never played BC2 because there were no bots.
In MP you mostly get TK'd if you (want to) get in a chopper. It's also good to practice flying with bots instead of doing it in servers where you get kicked for being inexperienced..

PLEASE Dice, give us bots! :(

Could be an option, but I think removing the crosshair will be tough enough since you won't know where the exact center is :) I'll be testing it though. In case it won't work I can try that.

The stream will show you how much I still have to do and how much I have already done. This will give you an idea how Ravage is doing instead of watching videos and screenshots all the time. ;)

So you prefer just having (for example) an M4A1 instead of making your dream gun? Ok I guess, I think I could fix that in some way.. ;)

By the way, the requirements*:
Minimum:
NVidia GEForce series 7000 or ATI Radeon series 3000 graphics card
1.0 GHz CPU
512 MB RAM

Recommended:
NVidia GEForce 8800 or ATI Radeon 3870 graphics card
3.0 GHz CPU
2 GB RAM

*These are the requirements for the graphics engine, I don't know about Ravage since I haven't got many hardware to test it out. ;)

It's mostly starting with a tutorial and continuing from there. It's better to have someone explaining it to you face to face so he can assist you any time with your own learning speed :)

In the beginning it was very hard because I didn't know the function names. When you work with Leadwerks more and more you'll get the hang of it pretty fast. It isn't hard to use any programming language and Leadwerks together at all :D

I've learned to code with Game Maker before I used C++. Before I really was using C++ I went to the site www.xoax.net which has nice tutorials about C, C++ and I think some Java too.

With modelling I've learned the basics from an expert and kept going on with the knowledge by making many models - it taught me how to use techniques quicker and better. YouTube and Google helped a lot too. I've also uploaded a video a while ago explaining the first steps in 3DS Max, I'm sure this'll help you: Youtube.com

If I edit the geometry the UV map resets. That means I will need to re-UV that rifle.... Besides, it's barely noticable, which is good :)

Hey AudioGhost,
I get your point, but the current map and viewmodel combined is about 15k polies. Game Maker wouldn't like that so much. However, Ultimate3D is an option for that, but with Leadwerks I could get WAY better lighting and shadows.
It was also time for me to learn a real language instead of GML, so I was more prepared for the future ;)
