Well, I suppose I should get this out of the way first... I'm Gothic, so if you if you are intolerant of that, I'm just giving you a friendly heads up before hand. On another note... I like a lot of different games, ranging from the most in depth of RPGs, strategy, shooters, etc. I particularly like games that are moreover dramatic and epic, as well as various Japanese anime-inspired games. I'm not really a hardcore gamer so to say, as I bide my time with a lot of other things such as writing poetry and listening to ridiculous amounts of obscure music (mainly Gothic Rock, Deathrock, Gothic Metal, Visual Kei, Dark Wave, Dark Ambient, Aggrotech, Electro-Industrial, Industrial Metal, Doomcore Techno, Space Music, Electronic Body Music, Power Noise, Futurepop, Dark Psytrance, and Black Metal. If I were to name some of the bands I like, it would easily consume this whole page... as music is my life.) but, I am dedicated enough to go so far as to mod games ridiculously to suit my tastes. ^^

Since I don't have anything in my blog, I decided it would be nice to post a bit of my poetry that I write in my spare time. Albeit short, it took me about a day to write. ^^ Its called "Tragic Lovers... Under the Veil of Midnight"
Your goddess-like elegance is amaranthine,
And you abide with my forsaken heart.
I swear to thee, my dearest love…
Never shall we part.
The moon shines so silently and benign…
On your pallid flesh.
Your wine flows lustrous,
In our midnight masquerade of blood so fresh.
The ebon snow falls so ethereally…
Into our benighted forest O' so solitary.
Even amongst my silent despair and immortal affliction…
You bring sanguinary enchantment unto me.
The winter winds sing of my love for you…
But they sing a languishing song.
The aura of morning begins to rise…
Succeeding our night so beautiful and strong.
I stand in this dawn-birthed ardent glow…
Drenched in sorrow…
As I recall a memento of the night which I first saw you,
So many years ago.
Never had I knew…
That our perfect love could be so cruel.
The world is merely agony without you...
Alas Lilith's curse denies my love so true.
I sorrowfully depart from thee now...
With a longing kiss to your lips...
And words of heartfelt yearn...
"Weep not for my departure...
For I shall return."
