Just completely random? That's pretty strange. I'm no mod maker, and I'm not a tech genius, but things like this don't just work like that do they? There's gotta be something about it that's perhaps unstable right? And yeah I was pretty confused about the lack of indicators, which are present in SGM 2.0 with Geo. Scared the living **** out of me when lighting started exploding from the sky without warning lol.
I always run in Admin. Such a silly thing to have to do, but I do. And I would have also hoped to keep the Psi Storms in, for added difficulty and well... atmosphere, as it were. If I have to disable them though, I suppose that's my only option.
Can you explain the crashes that occur during Psi Storms? I can't seem to avoid it no matter what I do. Although, I'm kinda' stuck out in the middle of nowhere with nowhere to run so the storms kill me off anyway. Regardless, I'd like to know why this crash happens, and how it can, or if it can, be avoided.

Where is Balthazar located? They say he was last seen going to "the control building behind the gas station to the south." You can't go south and the gas station is in the north so I'm assuming that's where he should be, however I can't seem to find him anywhere in the entire Dark Valley, or anywhere in the other zones for that matter.
I seem to be missing the option to get Sokolov to join my party for the underground mission to Pripyat. I already have Strider and Vano. He also won't take his note from me. Have I missed something?
That makes sense. Perhaps one of his men ran off after one of the bandits? Or a mutant maybe. I guess I'll just have to wait it out until the world naturally takes care of his last man, or see if I eventually run into him myself. Well thanks for your help :) Also, are the upgrade tool spawns random? They must be.
I talked to him and killed all his men first and he still won't die. Although they did have a run in with the bandits on the hill to the south-east before I got there and most of his men were slaughtered already. Would that have affected it?
Ah gotcha', well I can't wait for that patch then, because I absolutely adore this mod. Thank you very much for putting so much work into it :) Also, is Wolf supposed to be insanely hard to kill? In any mod I've ever played and in vanilla, I've never experienced fighting an AI that can withstand 42 shotgun shells directly to the head. I'm literally emptying the clip into his head, running around him so I have time to reload before he blows me away with his sniper, and then running right back into him to do it again and he just won't die.
Has anyone else had issues with the Tar-21 and its iron sights? My character seems to hold it at a diagonally downward angle, and looks down the right side of the gun when using iron sights.
I have one more question. I believe one more... Is 1.8 compatible with the Ultimate Saber Mod? I wouldn't expect it to be (yet), but it would be brilliant if it were.
Would it be wise to use your 1.7 Patch along with 1.8, or does 1.8 feature everything within the 1.7 Patch?
So, I'm curious about the artifacts that add and subtract bulletproofing. How strong are these effects? As in, say I take an artifact that gives me -3% bulletproofing; how much more susceptible to bullet damage am I on a broader scale than 3%? Saying that I take 3% more damage wouldn't seem to make sense, because in personal experience, I die much faster than a 3% increase or decrease would indicate.

I hope you know how abso-*******-lutely fantastic your mod is. I love it. I'm not too far into it yet, not even into Pripyat, but so far it's just so brilliant... The new (returned, brought back, whatever) areas sound fantastic too. Thank you for bringing us such amazing quality.
My only dislike is that the Monolith are ******* everywhere and they always kill me when I'm not looking XD I've never gotten into a 1 on 23 fight with the Monolith in the Zaton water treatment facility before, but... Well it wasn't easy >.>
I may have forgotten. I, just a moment ago, went and re-replaced all the 1.05b files. My old save will not play the quest-line, however I started a new game, and it appears to be working :) I must have just forgotten to allow it to replace some files or done something wrong. Thank you very much. Once again, I love Redux and everything it has to offer. I'm also especially looking forward to 2.0 and its new areas. Just wish I had a little extra ammo. I always find myself lacking that one extra bullet to save my life XD

Howdy. I've been using Redux (with 1.05b) for a little while now, and it's absolutely fantastic. Challenging. One thing that concerns me, however, is that when I try to activate Grouse's quest-line, my game crashes every time. Perhaps you already know this and I'm just late to the game, or maybe it's just something about my system/install. Any ideas? Thank you :)
