What about Necessities of Morrowind ... I would like to see this added to MW Rebirth as well.
Raid a Daedric Temple ... nice!
Wow ... nice treasure is this in vivic or balmora?
I like the flow of the river and the added tower & hut. The gnarled trees and wooden ramps are a nice touch. Exactly where is this?
The Rock of Ages ... I got crab!
Tamriel Lore & Races - I also think that lore is very important, but also agree that it needs to be expanded upon. Bethesda is using old notes on the world design of Tamriel left over from the Arena Game, and little has been done to expand upon these old notes. Which is why in my Seyda Neen Census & Village Mod, I try to expand upon the races, cultures, and landmasses from the source materials from the elder series with ... Astrology of the Stars. In Seyda Neen Belta v2.0 - the books will be greatly expanded upon. And there were many races from the Real World that were excluded like the Native Indian Tribe Saxapahaw, Akavir Asians, the Hindu Kali Indians, Islamic Muslim Nomads, and the Jewish Rabbah. The moddling community have done a wonderful job of making new races for the game, including the White Khajiits, Black Panthers, BugBears, Red Elves, Green Alyleds, Keynari Fox, the Pharl Bird Race, and Wolven just to name a few. And my book tries to explain the cultural background for many of them. The Wesley's Race Pack, has also done an excelent job of creating new races, which need cultural background material and islands or landmasses to go along with them. In the Redguard Manual there were races not included in the latest game Skyrim - like the Sload, Great Apes, Tsaesci Serpent Folk, and the Sea Elves. We know there are landmasses outside of Tamriel that have not been released including the Akaviri Islands, the Yokuda Islands, Pyandonea Sea Elves, Orsinium for the Orc's, Scamps of Balifor, and Mythus for the Minotuars. Not including all the islands and landmasses described in my book Astrology of the Stars. And I would like to see a World Map of Nirm released in the future, which Tamriel is only the central continent.

Thank you for all your comments they were very helpful and will help in making the Mod better! As it is stated this is an Alpha Mod in the first stage of development and is far from complete or finished.
(1) Chargen Galleon - I agree three levels is way too big as the Ship Model it should be two levels. But as it is the Chargen Galleon the NPCs are there just there for a visual reference for you in choosing your own PC Race. And the crates and items are just for looks. Once you leave the galleon the door is locked, I should have made the ship disappear as in the orginal game.
(2) The Census Office - is still unfinished with missing wall on the staircase, floating door, and only a few books written. But the New Books were handwritten by me.
(3) Community Races - More races will be included in the next build v2.0 such as the Panther Khajiit, Centuaur, Minotuar, Twilight Fairies, Scamp, etc.
(4) You should use the lockpick and check out Ra'Baram Tower for a few good laughs! Especially on the second level.
(5) And 20 different Galleon designs collect from 3dmax resources. I will script them to be sailable like Max but will try to included Abot-Animations Ships, Silt Striders, Carriages, and Gwars.
Thank you I'm adding it now and will add you to the credit readme.
I would like to see abot-animations in Rebirth like boats, silt striders ... and horses.
And in Ebonheart v2.04 ... the open port could use some buildings, and that will fill in the space nicely.
Races - I really like the White Khajiits, Black Panthers, and Wesley's Race Pack, Red Elves, Green Alyleds and the Bird Race, just check out my mod. Would you care if I used the old port in Ebonheart v1.4 in my mod/project?
Towns/Landscapes - I really like the Ebonheart v1.4 and wish you would go back to this design. It works really well with abot-boats, silt striders, etc. You should use these animation resources in Rebirth. Balmora - I like the open river design, and you should remove the house and landscape blocking the river - again so animated boats can go back and forth along the balmora river. Seyda Neen - Nothing has been done here in along while, please take a look at my Mod Seyda Neen Census Village for any suggestions or anything you might can use!
Armor/Weapons - There are plenty of Armor and Weapons Mods out there, like H.E.L.L.U.A. and should be included. I know you can't add all armor and weapon mods - but make sure there is space in the landscape to included them by gamers. Maces - the damage should be changed to make it compatable with swords.
Clothing - There are some really great Clothing Packs available and I would like to see the more realistic medieval style used.
Ingredients/Misc - There should be more plants and misc items around the world to pick n explore.
Balancing/Fixes - You should include community mods on Spells, they have addressed this issue.
Others - You should included Community Races like I did with my Mod Seyda Neen Census Village - there are tons of race resources out there that you havn't included. Look on Great House Fliggerty-Downloads. This increases the download file exteremly but well worth for role-playability! As well as Community Creatures ... which you have included a few.
Dawn of Darkness - The game is freeware... please make any modifications you would like to make, I would love to see New Textures or Models for the game. Unfortunitly, most of the orignal game files were lost, including the Grand Canyon and Cave Map which was Level 4. And Toadeater has abandoned the project, as far as the Quake II version is concerned! I think he is doing a Graphic Novel based upon the story, but no one has heard from him in years. I still have plans to continue the project - with a new engine - or a Mod based upon Another Game. But there will be little if no updates to the Quake II Engine unless it is something you want to do. The only thing coming up is a re-edit of the Text Files to cut them in-half for Hack n Slash players and a Quest Walkthrough. I would love to see what others can do with the game if you are still interested.
New Story Quest!
Astrology of the Stars - This great Characteration Book found in the Census & Excise Office will be fully intergrated with the Race Menu - meaning you can play the character races as desribed in the Book. Yes even the Panther Khjiit, Minotaur, or Centaur and 25-30 other Fan-Made Races from the Moddling Community.
Apology of Auline - Shakespear Baby! This great note left on the bed of Auline to his lovely wife Adaria Vanesia will be Quest Related around the Golden Urn of Daedor (left on the bookcase in v1.0) but lost in a nearby cave...
Journal of Ergalla Socrates - A retelling of the Story of Plato - this journal will also be Quest Related in helping Ergalla raise 1,000 Coins to journey back to the City of Cyrodiil by an Elizbethian Galleon to settle an old debt with a sniveling Senator Ocato. Where he ends up in Jail and you must free him or he'll be excuted! aka. Socrates & Plato.
The Diary of Melody - This very sad Lover's Quarrel - between the Monk Melody Cummings & Captain Sellus Gravius, begins with a request to escort Melody to Ebonheart where she hopes to flee her tormented lover, but what happens when Sellus Gravius hunts you both down?
Ra'Baram's Taxes - This Quest begins as you accently kill Ra'Baram guarding his tower, owning 2,000 coins in Property Taxes ... whose left with the bill? You! As the new owner of the Tower you are responsible for any debts owed and cleaning the Tower of it's illegal resisdents.
Eldafire's Tower - Can you help with the construction of Eldafire's Tower. She offers several quest in raising enough coins in the completion of her Mage's Tower. Collect herbs and plants, recover lost spell books, seek out ancient dweamer artifacts, etc.
Build a Galleon - Can you help the Impieral Mark Perisus build a Ship. Chop down trees for wood or buy them from the Local Lumber Mill, buy linen for sails, hire a crew to sail the ship, etc. Quest for upgrades like canons and iron balls.

Does any one play Morrowind anymore?
Don't worry this broken WIP is having a
major overhaul - no more broken doors and walls!
Update coming soon on Chronicles of Morrowind v1.0 formally known as Seyda Neen Census & Village Mod. This will included Volcano Erupts, Ebonheart Walled City (off the mainland), Vivic Expanded with New Arena Libary, City, Mountains and Waterfalls, New Pelgraid, Balmora Trade City, 20 different Ships & Galleons, Moddler & Animation Resources downloaded from the Community. And a Custom Race Pack, New Monsters to level list, Clothing $ Armor Resource, and Weapon Pack.
Will Morrowind Rebirth work on Windows 7 or 8? I'm looking to upgrade my computer from XP! And was wondering which computer should I get so I can continue playing Morrowind?
I really like the improvements you made to Morrowind Combat! The stats looks realistic and should greatly improve the role-playing experience. One problem I have always had is the combat damage done with Maces - have you made any changes with the stats on damage as well?
The Text Patch 1.2 with tons of dialog will be maded into a Fan-Book with yes even more Words - and posted here for free with a quest walkthrough. While the DOD Text Mod will be cut in half to make for a much faster and smoother game for you Hack n' Slash players!
Until the meantime ...
You can use the following Cheat Commands:
God - All Health
Give Ancestral Sword
Give Three Barrel Flintlock
Give Cannon Balls
Just spand the numeric keypad 1-9 for a full list of missing weapons. And use the Give command in the ` (slide) key by the 1 numeric key to pull down the console to give yourself weapons.
Quick Walk-Through -
And remember the Dialog Tree is easly broken if not followed in a specific manner - use the Arrow Keys to go through the Menu Options and the Enter Key to choose Dialog Topics. Remember to talk to the Cell Prisoners first, and you will have to return atleast two to three times to talk to the prisoners before you can leave the level. Cho the Thief holds the Riddle to leave the level, if you have the coin. All Characters have multiple responses and sometimes two menu options so Click On Them Often ... there is a ton of dialog. Then find the Azna Prestess for healing, Busta in Courtyard to start the Quest, then the Cook, the Kids (can you find the bread?) hidden throughout the level, find the Comberry Bush, Busta's Ingerent, and the Boarded-up Study with a secret accces in the Sewers. Find the Kids in the Dungeon, Libary, and Locked Rooms. The Mute Boy is in a locked room at the top of the keep, if you can find the Darkened Door in the Hallway (hint look for the light on the floor.) Find the Priest of Manaywd, and kill the Guards! Open the Manaywd Temple of Azna, kill Moktar the Priest - if you can catch him! And find the Gated Exit ... to leave for the Village of Elvod. Can you ride a Camle ... why are there no Horses?

How can I gain acccess to Balmoria Underground? Great update for 2.03!
Daggerfall for me was the best game in size and landmass. And there were features in DF that was not repeated in future games, the only problem was the 2d graphics. As for Morrowind, it is still my favorite game and MW Rebirth v1.9 is one of the best mods out there! Oblivion for me was too blocky with big meshes and zooming face dialouge. Fallout 3 was also too blocky! Skyrim I can't play because I need a new computer still running XP and I dislike Steam from Value. Will have to play Skyrim on an X-box 360 to try it out.
Another great update to Morrowind Rebirth v1.9 - the attention to detail makes it one of the best Golden Hammer Mods on the Construction Set. But I must admit I don't like the high-res trees, is there anyway these can be deleted in the Data Files? You have inspired me to complete my own WIP Seyda Neen Census Office Mod which is still in Alpha Stage. Congrats ...
This is the full DOD quake II demo with expanded Text Files by 300% ... I do realize the text files is too long for some players who just like to hack n' slash their way through a game. So there will be a forthcoming update as DOD Text File 3.0 and a Notepad Quest & Walkthrough ... for the game. It is very easy to break the Dialouge Tree and break the quest, so I will write a walkthrough for the game!
The Text Patch started out as Fan Fiction in a notepad file ... then I just ported it over to the game text file. I will take your request and cut the dialogue in half ... thank you for your comments.
Another Great Update ... can't wait to download and play!
Great Work! Can't wait to experience an Imperial Province. Like most Alpha Mods ... my own included (Seyda Neen & Census Office,) it is easy to get distracted, jump to another project, and leave a Mod Unfinshed.
Keep Up the Great Work!
Wow ... another great update to Rebirth v1.9! Downloading now, can't way to play it. You have put so much hard work into this game and the quality really shows. Makes my own Mod Seyda Neen & Census Office look bad, but it has inspired me to finish it. Like most creative people, I get bogged down by jumping from one project to another leaving unfinshed work in Alpha Stages.
Your Attention to detail is Amazing! Great Mod\Game!
You can use the shovel at many places in the game... just look for a discolored texture in the groud and along one hill.
The flintlock pistol and the blunderbuss and Ancient Sword are available in the demo. Just add them using the console commands.
Please note that the Dialog Tree can be broken if not followed in a specific manner. Always talk to Busata first, then the Cook, and the Azna Priestess in the courtyard and study, and the Kids running around and in cells. Click on Characters multiple times as their is a random responce generator for up to 5 dialog responses.
I will be working on an updated new DOD 3.0 text file that will cut the dialog/scenery text in half ... as it is too long for many players. And I will be porting the game over to a New Engine ... either as a Mod for Skyrim or as a Unity 3D project. It will Freeware. Thank You Toadeater for creating such a great game and allowing fans to play and modifity it in new ways.
(1) Looking forward to the release of Rebirth v1.6 ... you have really sparked my imagination of what can be done with the Morrowind Engine! And although you really don't like the Galleons, I hope you do add some in the future, even if it is a new creation of your own design. Even using AbotBoats or AbotSiltStriders. And can Rebirth v1.6 be made Necessities of Morrowind v3.0 compatable? Like kegstands and food?
(2) Have you ever thought about making Old Ebonheart into Castle Hawkmoth and creting a New Larger City of Ebonheart off the mainlain to the south, where it is suppose to be! And I always though there should be a Dark Elf City around Vivic using Mournhold Buildings and a Mountain with Ring Falls spilling into the Temple Cannon? Just some thoughts to consider!
(3) Is there anyway you can write a How-To Manual for adding Pictures to Morrowind Books and creating new creatures like you did with the blue riekings. And for creating New Playable Races like Sabregirl or Westly's? Or email me the instructions through ModDB. I can not find any good manuals on the Net that explain this! Or if you can point me in the right direction?
I really like the Ebonheart from 1.4 compared to the open plaza of 1.5, perhaps a mixture of two. I really like the docks in 1.4 and could you add the WarGalleon Ship mod by Shen to the docks! It looks like an old black Pirate Ship! Or someother Galleon from the moddlers resources.
File Fixed! Now the download only contains the Text Files. You will have to download Dawn of Darkness Episode 1 and the DOD patch 1.1 seperatly to play the game. As well as have a copy of Quake II!
