GET STEAM YOU ******* ******.
Remember what you said on NOVEMBER 17TH?
"Sorry, Ubuntu is a bitch. I'll probably install Win7 this weekend. So yeah, I think my **** has expired. "
Come on, man, it's bloody boring without your asian faggotry.
Totally gonna do stuff when I finally get my head outta my ***.
So I heard some Asian ****** forgot about my birthday.
It sure has.
Sorry, you have AIDS. You might wanna kill yourself.
ANYWAYS, FAGSHIQ, HOW'S YOUR PC GOING?
Get it back til' my birthday or Gina's babbies will not form.
It ain't, it's just your homosexual asian computer.
I especially like that pumpkin.
Sexy background music, though! If you can call that music. Highly disturbing and immediately sucks you into the atmosphere.
To be honest, this mod looks like total garbage.
The Rocket Launcher and its ammo is spread all over the place. One is in a garage, where John will take a rest due to being out of ammo. Another can be found infront of a café. It's a little dark, so keep looking.
I just finished Episode 1.
Overall, it was quite a solid experience. I was impressed by the amount of effects and attention to detail. The sprinting animation for every weapon, melee attacks, the groomy atmosphere and even the Skype call in the Observatory.
The effects are always fitting, explosions feel powerful and look great. However, my only gripe about the effects are the portal storms. They feel WAAAAY too close to the player and make them seem tiny and boring. The last portal, through which the Combine invade, is just kickass. That portion was really well delivered.
The voice acting can get cheesy at times, but is fun to listen to.
It has flaws, however:
The gameplay feels quite rubbish at times. At the beginning, where you get the pistol, it was almost impossible to me at first. I got the gun, fired everything I had at the poison zombie and he didn't die. He then cornered and raped me. I just wish the mod was a little easier during firefights and the puzzles should be easier to understand. I literally spent half an hour running around that damn mansion to find that goddamn key.
Overall, this mod is a must download. While the action and puzzles can get a little annoying at times, the amazing amount of detail and lovely effects simply overshadow the flaws and allow for a great experience.
Holy ****, Ashiq.
Get Steam again, kthxbai.
Wait, if your laptop is dead, what are you typing on?
*play X-Files theme*
Ashiq, please go online on Steam once in a while. I'm in the middle of my holidays, the PERFECT time for midnight shenanigans, if you know what I'm talking about.
No, not buttsex.
Wow, now I feel like a *******. Sorry.
Still, it's not ported from the PS2 version, is it?
Yeah, you pretty much stole it and took ****** Half-Life Model Viewer screenshots of it.
You also got a nice attitude, calling anyone who notices your blatant theft an "idiot" and telling him to "stfu".
I would write more, but your idiocy might have damaged my brain.
We kinda ****** up on BS:R.
At first, DD was like "HURR, IMA ARCHIVE, BECAUSE OF NO PROGRESS WITHOUT ASKING MY TEAM LIKE AN ***!"
I was like "Hurr, but we were in the middle of actually DOING something. Can you restore it plox kthxbai?"
He tried and then... it got... deleted. I have no clue why.
Ashiq was then blasted by Simon's vaginal beams.
This mod has -NOT- ceased development. This is merely a mistake by Ashiq (DiamonD). No worries, once it gets approved again, we might stop being gay and actually post once in a while.
Yes, insult Ashiq as much as you can. He shall be punished for archiving it.
Nah, seriously though, it was just a mistake on his part.
Thanks for the faith in development. Trust me, it'll pay off.
Simon (The_zxeno_prophet) is doing the code for our mod, but he, unlike us, has a life.
We all respect that and have him code when he has time.
Which, sadly, is rare.
Nah, he's gonna love you for that. Especially since it's only a single person.
Guys, we are going to pick up Blue Shift: Reassignment soon.
Our biggest problem is actually the code. All the high quality models, sprites and other crap are pretty much finished.
Once we manage to get some code in, we'll post updates.
I think you should advertise on Blue Shift: Reassignment's page to get more downloads.
Infact, do it RIGHT NOW.
Thanks, man! Was really helpful.
Are you going to include slight customization, such as non-integrated Nightvision Goggles and other (merely visual) enhancements?
I'd love to go for a more traditional spy look.
EDIT: Actually, I've just seen the different mercenaries. Are you going to include the same for the spies?
Also, will this be a free standalone?
You mean like... DoD:S?
Just wanted to say...
Daaaaamn. This looks really great.
Good job so far.
Wow, my brain has just commited suicide.
Seems a little too "hard", like he really has to pull out the mag. I thought pistols had a button to just release the mag.
The amount of ammo you can carry is already RIDICULOUS.
