The Desura version is not yet available. We are working on getting it released using that platform in the near future.
The Eclipse-class ( Starwars.wikia.com ) and the Sovereign-class (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Sovereign-class_dreadnought ) are two different types of ships. The Eclipse was featured in vanilla FOC while both were present in our Thrawn's Revenge mod.
It is indeed an actual Chiss ship though.

What graphics card does your laptop use? Some GPUs have issues with the graphics settings in EAW/FOC.
There are some space models that have been completed already and have been for a long time.

We had to scale it down for skirmish because there are some limitations on the size we could have it without affecting gameplay. If we scaled it correctly it would take a huge amount of the map.
In the GC Sluis Van map you will see a signficantly larger (and canon-colour) version.
Surprisingly, yes..you can. Try looking at the NI_PENGAUANI.alo model from the vanilla Empire at War (not FOC) files in the ALO viewer.

That's a pretty close minded approach to criticism that would still apply to even a beat up ship. You would expect that since you're trying to make this mod look as a good as possible you would be open to graphical suggestions.

Those rankings are based on the number of visits within a set time period ( a day-ish). If you watch the rankings mods tend to fly up the list when they update. So...no big deal? It happens all the time.

Errrrrr....That's what you're saying. We have never said this nor have we ever given the indication that we don't give a **** about balance. We do try and mimic the canon power of the ships but even after this, the ISD II is hardly some god-like capital ship.

"The Tector was considered, and was planned for for a long time but ultimately I decided to axe it. There's nothing inherently wrong with the Tector but the power difference between an ISDII and a Tector isn't really big enough to justify using 3 capital ship slots for such a similar range (ISDI-Tector), and there are some readability issues ingame if you're trying to micromanage. Kind of hard to know at a glance what's a Tector and what's an ISD."

"Soon" is such a relative term. It's completely up to you. If you wanted to play TR tomorrow then holding out for 2.1 might not be the best strategy. It'll be done when it's done (and tested :) ). I can't say we can put a date on that point at this time though.
