I think its great what you guys are doing with the animation and all but, I cant see myself downloading this just for an animation overhaul.

what are you planning on rebuilding? Any consideration on beefing up missions/life on the added maps?
What I meant with the monolith was, when taken to see the leader from the monolith guard by the military warehouse entrance. He walks you through to where you have to take down a heli, fight some mutants and then taken to see his leader which talks to you. after the conversation a blowout occurs and all the monolith runs for cover at the nearest building. When you follow them, they then start shooting at you. I reload again and after the conversation I run to another location to avoid being shot during the blowout. After the blowout I return to resume the conversation and nothing happens with the monolith guards or the leader. They just stand there.
The only MOD I use is the LA weapon mod. I experienced this problem before when I played the 1st time without the LA mod.
im very confused by this here. 1st, what is this mod actually? New maps, quests, weapons/suits, items......?
I also see theres an SGM 2.2 English all-in-one out. which is the most recent and what are the differences?

I dont know if its been mentioned but, after being taken to talk with the monolith leader there is a blowout and then nothing much happens afterwards.
ATM, im stuck with two psi-helmets that both weigh @ 1kg each. Bummer. I believe one of the scientist offers to buy one back but never does.
Any improvements made on balancing out the suits/weapons upgrades. An SSP-99 ecologist suit starts off with a 3rd generation night vision but the upgrade brings it down to 1st gen. Things like this.

Thing i dislike are the blood splat decals up close. Very annoying and looks like jelly. Too obstructive. When outside on mars, the dust textures are black. Fix these and it would be a 10.

That looks amazing!!!! Minimal sun through out the day would be the best setting for all stalker games imo.
Am I the only one that wishes to have a more lengthier dawn/dusk hours to enjoy the atmosphere? I wish all modders increased these hours.

Restart your computer. That did it for me. I had the same problem.
Also, when I installed misery again, went from 2.0>2.1>2.1.1 update and then had to fix the "miseryintro" ogg file in the sound/music section. was getting a crash everytime at start up. Then I installed AZ 1.7.
Is it me or does the weapons have a plastic/toy, feel/look to them?
Anyways, I purchased the AEK-971 PSO and the xhair view on it is atrocious!! Its like looking through a peephole 5 feet away. WHeres the crosshair DDS file for this weapon so that I can change it?

SimplyYuri, what I meant to say was to give it that sun/world appearance and to give it that "silhouette" look. Its just not good to have everything lit up. All games needs contrast imo.
In real world, I understand but for games......games need this to not show the imperfections and as I said, it adds great depth and atmosphere.

I gotta say when jumping from one mod to the other in any of moddbs stalkers section, none of them compares to the overall look of light/shadow and the dead dreariness of Ghostland. In any photo I look at any of the mods I see here, none of them comes close to the visual style of this one. Ghostland is like a cold, dead art.

I agree with lgs though. While the reflection looks amazing, its these bland shadowless settings that always hurts these mods imo. All stalker mods requires intense shadows imo. It adds great depth and atmosphere to these series.
wasnt there a mod to add more weapons in AA2.1? I cant find it.
What misery needs are new maps added. Seriously, im surprised that no one says this. Seeing all the upcoming mods with new areas and older build maps thrown in, I cannot help but wonder why Misery CoP doesnt have these vast areas to explore. Would it be that difficult to add in new locations that wont intervene or break the current storyline? I mean like, lets say that these new areas would only have side quests embedded into that map so that you can obtain a new unique weapon/suit and then you can go back to the original areas. A CS swamp/marsh would be sick in CoP. I wish I could mod and share =(
