ive got a white battle interface menu when i sieged a lil rebel town, is this patch fixes teh bug?

guys do i need to install older versions to play all the races?cuz i cant find Harad,Goblins,Shire,Arnor and the Erebor(I downloaded this mod for these dwarves -_-).
At least u should name the races which are available or not in every version descriptions.
