What I do for GameRanger with origin version, and this works for all mods with a launcher is
1. Open the launcher, hit launch but do not finish opening the game
2. Start your game in game ranger (Make sure you are using the orginal Zero Hour.exe)
it should start the game with the mod, hope this helps :D
