TATW 3.2 did not remove the cavalry militia from the campaign, also those forts were removed because the AI could not handle them, they didnt attack, it, ever.
Another thing, you are playing with MOS, which basicly changes everything about TATW. So this is not the place to post stuff if you are using that submod, instead go to their own page on TWCenter.

Go to your Third_Age_3/data folder and delete the descr_geography_new files and then it should work.

Sorry, but that would need to be done by one of the submods for TATW, the mod leader KingKong has gotten a good full-time job now in the gaming industry and most likely won't be able to continue his work on this.
Hmmm... Seems that your downloads may be getting corrupted.
Or, you don't seem to have the kingdoms expansion and just installed the mod over med2 vanilla? Pls tell me what version of the game you got, steam or retail, patch version, and if you even have kingdoms.

Was the entire Third_Age_3 folder gone? If so, when re-installing, did you install all part in the right order?

No, you need at least 1 Kingdoms campaign installed.

Delete the descr_geograpy_new files in your Third_Age_3/Data folder.
Easier than easy would recuire lots of modding skills.
More slowely, the aging system is made for generals basicly not dying within at least like 150 or even 200 turns, it's made this way for the elven generals, making them seemingly immortal. Human generals are much older at the start though i think, so they may die quicker of age than the elven ones, like alot quicker, they still get old though.
3.0 is stand-alone but 3.1 and 3.2 are the patches.

Yes, you can, but you need to download Third Age Total War 3.0 part 1 and part 2 first, then 3.1 and then 3.2 to be able to start the game.
