If you have a decent virus scanner and firewall virusses are no threat to your pc.
3.2 has all the stuff from 3.1, so no it's not needed.
The zoom limit should be the same as in vanilla M2TW. It's just the map itself that is bigger.
Make sure you have medieval 2 with the kingdoms expansion patched up to 1.5. Also make sure if the Third_Age_3 folder is in the medieval 2 mods folder.
What do you mean by that?
The main mod has stopped development. But there is still alot of stuff going on in the submod section on TWCenter, where TATW is still being developed actively. Twcenter.net
Just change whatever file type they are to .exe, if you have W7 it should be easy, simply edit the name of the file.
Check if the installers are .exe files.
64 bit is like the default thing to have for a PC system.
32 bit is like stone age these days.
Err... You installed it you say.. Did you check where it's being installed to?
Does every battle crash or just that one battle?
You download it.
Thing is, it's not really a negative from what i can see.
Oh, the stats are not wrong, they do less damage overall maybe, but they can hold out way longer because their pikes are longer. When charged at the enemy can't really get close to kill them.
In performance they still fight better than the cheaper pike unit in my experience, and i've played this mod since 1.3 so you can just trust me on that one. :)
They are a pike unit, they are used diffrently, if you use them correct they are your strongest unit. :)
Stats don't say much, performance on the field does.
If it works, it works, nothing more to it. :]
Yeah, the comment section. ;)
3.1 isn't needed man, 3.2 has everything that came with 3.1.
If have a decent virus scanner on your pc then there is no need to be worried with any download.
Yes there is, most big submods got them but this is the one that created them: Twcenter.net
Alright folks, please go here to report your problems from now:
The TWC community is your best chance on getting the mod to work properly.
I am having no trouble with the AI, i think something happened to your game.
I think it may be best for me to send you to our main base of operations for this mod. :P
Just search or simply ask here, the community is known to be very helpfull and often solves all problems for players. :]
What do you mean with 'older versions'? If the game isnt patched up to 1.5 it wont work.
Either turn off your automatic daylight savings, or go to your game files:
"Medieval II Total War\mods\Third_Age_3\data"
Delete you the descr_geography_new files and you should be fine.
How would it be possible to rename a file before it's even on your computer? So after the download finishes you need to rename it, but ONLY if it's not a .exe file, if it is, then simply just open it and it should pop up the installer.
Man, it really seems that ModDB's mirrors got something f'ed up with the downloads, this only happens since the last few days with people.
When both parts are downloaded, check if they are both .exe files.
If they aren't change them to .exe files and they should open the installers.
No, it should download automaticly with no questions or options, and ofcourse you save it if it asks to, otherwise it won't stay on your pc.
