In AR's most buildings there are multiple ways inside, and there are only a few elevators (I think just one at the moment), but that is not as laggy as hell and it doesn't lead to a very critical keypoint.

That's not the reason prisms aren't in the first release :)

The reason is, we want to release something playable faster. And that means, we are releasing the game with radar technology units.

So as prism tank was battle lab tech, that will come in a later release, along with the other battle lab units and whatso.

Yes, it will get the turret modifications (even for soviets). You get inside with any infantry, and can toggle the turret mode with Q (switch from standard Rocket IFV mode to your character's special turret mode).

I am afraid we are not going to turn RA3 into FPS... there's so much things left to do for this game.

No, that doesn't fit into the FPS perspective. You don't go into the building interiors and you don't need teamwork between your own tanks either in RA2.

In reply to Dollar:
I'd rather like to implement a tutorial (or more tutorials loading after eachother) that teaches you tactical movement, weaponry usage, vehicle piloting, base operations, a lot of strategies and teamwork.

The paradrop system will come in the first release's patch, that will add the country rotator system along with the country specific units (so America will get their paratroopers on maps having an Airforce Command HQ)
Whether we'll have a working Tech Airport with parachuting before Patch 1 for the first release is not yet decided.

After deploy, you can undeploy and deploy somewhere else again. You don't need to rebuy anything.
If you see sandbag bunker wall pictures/videos, that means we haven't fixed that bug yet :P

1. Grand Cannon is an extra additioon to the base defenses, nothing will be removed.
2. When a construction yard is present on the map, you should be able to rebuild minor base dfences like pillboxes/sentry guns (and maybe as France the grand cannon too)
3. It's still under debate. Because it will not be in the first release, we haven't decided yet.
4. Of course Soviets will have Kirov Airships! :D

1. Yuri's entire faction is not planned to be put ingame, but the Yuri infantry that you can buy as soviets in Red Alert 2 will be definately in.
2. You will be able to buy them all, but we haven't decided how will they work yet.
3. Campaign - not for now. But a tutorial map has a big chance.
4. The countries are selected randomly at the start of each game by a script. (though only for RC1 Patch 1, which is not hotfixes, but the country system with the special units)

They might be in, for example when you capture a secret tech lab.

And again, this is not a mod, it's a standalone game, you don't need anything for it. Mods need the basic game, this does not.

Boris will have the Mig attack, they will fly in and bomb your target, but you probably won't be able to pilot one yourself.

Yes, as long as they could have been achieved with radar technology (so not battle lab) in red alert 2, they will be in the first release.

For example, the Guardian GI from Yuri's Revenge was a basic technology unit so that will appear in release 1, but the Siege Chopper is battle lab technology meaning it WILL appear in a later release.

When they reach Elite rank (3 stripes) yes, infantry and vehicles regenerate. There are a few units though, which will autoheal at rookie rank as well, for example Tanya and Boris.

(rank system: rookie->veteran(1 stripe)->elite(3 stripes), just to clear there is no rank with 2 stripes)

In addition to One_Winged_Angel's post, you will be able to capture TECH buildings with the Engineer, (Oil Derrick, Airport, Hospital etc), not base buildings (barracks, war factory, etc).
