I can't reproduce the problem. Are you using v0.013? Are you running the RunAres.bat file instead of the YR's exe file? If yes to both questions, can you post in the forum's bug report section some details of this problem and what you did to encounter this?

Simply add RadLevel= to the weapon. I recommend a value between 100 ~ 500, depending on how powerful the weapon is.

-Sanzu River Docks doesn't have an image at the moment

There are ferry ports capturable across the map (not shown for some reason). Komachi will happily bring in a giant ship to carry vehicles across for a hefty fee. Make use of those instead.
Besides, about more than half of all infantries in the game can fly/swim across water.

Sure games can be of high quality, but even then there are possibilities of a really buggy or poorly designed gameplay. Time and effort put from the devs is how AAA games are formed IMO.

Hence the new name.
