If this music is intended for the main menu then the first 30 seconds will be heard the most often, people tend to be quick when starting a new game. Make it daunting to the player, deeper tones and a slower pace can make all the difference.
As for the themes (in the music), I can't really tell. The church bells signify the religious aspect obviously, you could add more to that with a choir or an organ!
If you want any beta testers to critique the level design, I would be willing to volunteer!

I like it, everything looks well lit and realistic. The only gripes I have are the lack of Advertisements, it would help the walls look less plain and if you plan on making maps small, every ad can be different. The other thing is that the lights in the tunnel seem strangely placed, the lights in the tunnel highlighting the opposite wall are fine, its the ones inside the tunnel I don't like. If a worker walked along the side of the tunnel they could step right on top of the light. Having the light on the wall would be better in my opinion. Otherwise it looks pretty good! If you need any original textures for advertisement posters just PM me. Advertisements, posters or anything with graphics on them can help set the mood and atmosphere.

Rather rough, but what is there to expect from beta! Looks like it has plenty to offer.
Is the light supposed to be where the end of the platform is? If so the the tunnel needs lights along the side, simple dim white lights are needed to guide workers and people when emergencies occur. Lastly a small suggestion, a small gate with a "No Access" sign on it should be at the edge of the platform leading to the small walkway in the tunnel, to discourage people from walking down it. Other than than what I said is missing, I like the placement of the text and it would be a great menu background.

The sisters of battle, they have jump packs on. My dad has some of these for tabletop and they are a unit in Soulstorm as well. In this they look vastly improved!

Oh yes I found a bug: After the dream if you have not talked to the girl who gives you the "How do I Gurl" (I hope I am saying the title correctly) before the dream she will give you the quest when you talk to her after you get out of your apartment she will talk as if it was before the dream and give you the "How do I Gurl" quest.
Looks nice. Can hardly wait! (Small thing about the map, it would be a little more realistic to have stuff in boxes as that is what populates attics more often then piles of books. Some boxes could be open spilling their contents)
Few issues I found with this new update:
Why the arrows? They are not needed,(Maybe the lines can be kept but should be adjusted in some areas so that they are in the center of the path) of course there are going to be some goofballs who can't find jack sh*t but exploring is important if you want to get the most out of this mod!
People keep talking to me like I am a jock! (I picked nerd) They keep calling me jock which is weird. (hard to explain)
Why the hell is my room such a mess! Now a little pet peeve of mine is having a pile of clutter messing up the place, my "area" of the room is such a pigsty! A few less nuka-cola bottles would be nice.
I would suggest adding a footlocker to the bottom of the bed because there pretty much isn't anywhere to store stuff other than the fridge and oven. I want to keep my stuff somewhere lore-friendly or at least normal.
I hold the spanner strangely its sideways. (Might be a re-animation mod I have)
Last but not least: ITEMS NEED TO HAVE OWNERS. I really don't like how I can just walk into the overseers office and just take his gun, ammo, sexy-sleepwear and whiskey right in front of him without him even batting an eye. Plus the safes and a few other things should be owned so that you can't just hack all the security terminals without the guards caring.
I absolutely LOVE the mod so far keep up the great work!
Sweet the patch is out! But I like the largeness of the vault... It feels expansive and like a vault should feel like, I like exploring and even though its a bit difficult to maneuver I think it's part of the fun!

Also to note is that the lights are lit up but don't project enough light (the supervisors need to SEE the kids to take care of them after all), but if the place is closed then the lights shouldn't be on at all! Lastly the carpeting, the place should have carpeting, not carpets. Kids around the size being projected here (size of the fence and the play-sets) have a tendency to fall over and having a wooden floor in there would be bad. Having detailing on the carpeting would really liven the place up a bit (For example: A "racetrack" strip carpet in one bit and some lively patterns on the main ground covering area)
I hope I don't sound too nitpicky I really do like it so far! Keep up the good work!
p.s. Posters would be a GREAT addition to liven up the walls!
I love the outside, it really does put things into a different perspective. The only problem as I can see now is the large amount of balls EVERYWHERE + the play areas look too...uniform. All the play sets are facing inward (into the pathway), I suggest some stools or little reading areas with bookshelves and the like. Also a front desk area would be nice with a "kiddie" door to block the toys. I love the idea!
